everything is recorded mam. both of u shared Kanter highlight videos too, which is like an insult and terror to SOF's. Clutch opened the need for trade thing out of nothing. I believe u r ok with Sengun staying, but the boss have some agenda, he repeats Silas. Now go there to delete your posts, "the Local Lin - LL".

Ha ha! Did not watch the thing, but if the Kanter video is out there, that's pretty bad for the commentators' credibility.

Let whomever start just let Sengun develop with starters minutes he has earned. I truly think Sengun is talented enough to be like Ginobili or maybe better and be a fundamental part of a championship core for years to come. Most staters can’t handle Sengun, second teammers don’t stand a chance. Green, Smith & Porter can find their feel and then Sengun comes in and takes over. What’s not to like

Let's see how Bruno Fernando looks against Jokic. Then, let's see what Sengun can do.

Sengun’s summer play against the Serbian team surprised me. I thought he'd be overmatched by Jokic’s size.

I shared Enes Kanter highlights because we were talking about how good he was, and one of the guys was like he wasn't that good, and I said oh yes he was - he was VERY Good......especially early in his career....See....

Just look at that, he was really a great players...people forget.

And no, some of you are Sengun only fans, this is a Rocket's site.....I like Sengun, but this is not a Sengun fan club, if you want to make a website dedicated to Sengun feel free, but here, we are Rocket's fans first.

And on Rocket's fan stuff we will talk about every player, and talk about trading pretty much every player - you don't like it, don't watch.

Of course, we talk about tons of players in comparison to others.....it is normal to compare centers, or guards, or players etc..

I know that politically Enes Kanter had a fight with your countries leader - but that is politics, this is a basketball site, I don't care about that....

Saying Sengun compares to Kanter is not an insult to me, Kanter was very good, he was quicker than Sengun and just as good at finishing, but Sengun is a much more crafty player and passer.....both were about 6'11" and both from Turkey - seems obvious to compare the two.

I have consistently said I think Sengun is like Luis Scola more than any other player.....

Kanter and Sengun are very different players.

Also, Sengun had more dunks in his first NBA season than Scola in his entire NBA career.

Watch the video, on the low block they are very closely skilled.

But it doesn't matter, the comparison is just a comparison of NBA players and was brought up in the chat and they said Kanter wasn't that good and I was like...woah, yes he was, so I posted the early highlights showing it.

We talked about Scola before too - just comparisons.....

People are free to like the comparison, or to disagree with it...

    You can compare Sengun to George Muresan/Shawn Bradley/Anderson Varajeo/Zan Tabak/Richard Petruska/John starks/latrell Sprewell/Leandro barbosa,...No problem.
But don't compare Enes Kanter Freedom to anyone. The problem is not basketball. That guy was a lunatic, supported by crazy cleric. I don't like current Turkish president and my dislike for Kanter is not politically motivated but I hate people who follows religious lunatics instead of using their brain.

    Watch to see Kanters antics:

Kanter and Sengun are not alike at all.

Kanter was decent offensively, and a decent rebounder. He was much worse defensively than Sengun. He didn't have a single season where he would have reached Sengun's assist, steal or block numbers as a 19 year old rookie.

Kanter also wasn't MVP of the Turkish league at age 18.

Sengun modeled his game after Jokic, not Kanter.

Sengun tries hard on defense, Kanter was unable to do so. The only thing they have in common is Kanter's former passport.

It is intellectually lazy to pretend they are similar players. Kanter was also not quicker than Sengun.

Just goes to show what an insensitive, out-of-touch ass DD is. Should've been pretty obvious that the Kanter talk would offend Turkish fans.

You are the one talking about Enes kanter having a fight with a president, not me. You are the one who cannot see the problem with the comparison and then relate it to some political event.

Kanter and Sengun are not very similar. That's the problem with the comparison. Do you ever feel like you need to compare two American players because they are both American?

And as a rockets fan first, and a poster who constantly feels the need to mention that he enjoys all the players development, it is curious that the guy you compare Sengun with is one that could not reach his potential because of his defensive weakness which is not the case for Sengun definitely.

Let me also give you some basic info as well that you can sell somewhere else. Erdogan supporters are the minority and people don't like Kanter regardless of their support for Erdogan and it has nothing to do with his fight with Erdogan.

I don't get offended as turkish fan but offended as a human. That cleric is not different than Waco/texas guy, his name should be David Koresh something.
I am not against to religious people also, I help to a Christian community once a forthnight to supply books to homeless people but I hate blood-handed cult leaders and their brainless followers.

Let's please keep politics and religion out of this sub-forum (Game Action and Roster Moves).

We are talking about anomalies. Otherwise who cares religion or politics.

Preventing any of Rox player to be compared to a lunatic is our duty. It is not politics, it is not religion. It is humanity, it is civic code.

I'd advise the opposite. Fall in love with your players, have their backs and cheer for them. When they succeed the payoff will be immense. Don't sit back and be the old guy that says, "They might be gone soon, don't get too attached!"

Yo, props on this post. Some posters are acting like the only way to win a title is to draft two Lebron-calibre players and the only way we have a superstar is if our 20 yr old is leading us to the playoffs right now. It's gotten so ridiculous.

I don’t see how trading Sengun somehow benefits Green & KPJ…
