That is my point Silas didnt teach Sengun post play and post play is dead so why are you acting like Sengun did everything on his own when what he is good at is dead? You are so clueless you contradict yourself. There's a lot that Sengun needs to work on including NBA pace and defense, those are things he has no clue prior to getting to NBA.

How is coach bad at his job? His job isnt to win games dumbass its to develop players. You're not gonna pretend Silas and his staff has nothing to do with Sengun's improvement? Again whats your proof Sengun woke up one day and suddenly improved? You have mo evidence Silas and staff arent working with Sengun so I like how you pull **** outta your ass.

Btw here is Hakeem working with Sengun on his post game. According to you Sengun should have blown off Hakeem cuz he is already the post master right? Before you saw this vid did you even know Hakeem worked with Sengun? No right? Lol so why you act like you're some insider and know how much Silas and his staff are working with Sengun?

You calling me dumb when you dont even a clue what is going on.

U seem to be using assistant coaches and Silas interchangable, that's why i called u dumb. SILAS can't coach which is quite obvious based on how sht the offense looks even when he was spamming veterans last year. I don't think he can develop players either.
KJM wanted off team cause this dumb#$$ couldnt utilize him properly.
JC is stuck on the bench.

There have been many examples of his incompetence. But im just calling Silas a sht coach for no reason.

This is like me arguing with dumbA$$ scarface over BoB incompetence all over again.

How about u ignore me and wait until Silas gets his a$$ fired for being incompetent and u can eat all the crow u want. Dont worry i will light u up like i do with scarface regarding BoB.

Sengun was a turkish MVP, idk y folks are pretending like sengun was some scrub who magically got better all of a sudden. The talent was already there.

I can't believe we have "fans" defending Silas's coaching. He's terrible. If he like him as a person completely understable because he's a good dude but that's as far as it goes. We literally have no offense and he let's KPJ do whatever he wants

Last game was different to some extent, but I don't think that's what Silas wanted. He seemed visibly uncomfortable with Alpi getting the ball earlier in the shot clock in his postgame comments.

The more I watch what is happening, I warm up to KPJ being a good dude, and Silas being the problem. With a real coach who uses everyone according to their strengths and reins KPJ in when he hogs the ball, I think KPJ could have a long-term future alongside our big three, as a strong complementary piece.

He doesn't see Alpi as a talent as evidenced by his post game remarks like you said. Why would you want him to get the ball with the shot clock winding down when one of his strengths is passing? Silas is clueless.

Om KPJ, I just don't want him as our PG because he's not one. He's a SG and that's Green's position so he has to be a 6th man in my opinion. Despite us being a young team we need to see what we have in terms of talent and maximize that. Silas is incapable of doing that and I think he has a different relationship with KPJ than the rest of the team. He was crying talking about him. That's extremely strange

Part of me wonders if Silas pushes Alpi more because he knows he can handle it vs KPj who can't. It works like that sometimes. You treat people who can "deal with it" differently than people who can't. But your expectations of those individuals is much higher. If Silas was told by Tilman that he had to win a game or be fired, I'd have a really hard time believing he'd roll with KPj over Sengun. I don't think Silas is *that* dumb.

And frankly, credit where credit is due. Team looks way better last couple of games.

It’s like he’s in his second year and just learning how to stay out of foul trouble or something . . .

I don't honestly believe that "win a game or get fired ".

Silas loves KPJ. He's just a poor coach hence having him play a position he has no business playing.

I'm so puzzled by coaching staff and fans not liking the post up. It forces the ball to move by nature then you add someone like Sengun who loves to pass. Sengun will typically get the opposing big no matter the caliber of center he is, in foul trouble which in return gets the back up in for the guards to have a field day inside the lane. To top things off, Sengun can score on any defensive big in the post.

The only time they stop him is when he's played like Bruno and just rolls. Going linear nulls his footwork.
Can't complain about his usage lately, He is getting almost as much usage as the top 2 but it's the wrong style of usage.
I like the pick and roll, where he rolls to the post up position and seals off. But the roll to just go straight to the bucket...that's just so bad and easy to stop for any defender.

It's not like the post up has to be your main course. No one is asking for that but definitely more than 3 post ups like what Silas did in the Pacers game

Bc these days teams are getting 3s while you’re posting for 2s. It’s also a slower pace and allows defenses to get set. Nobody has won with that style in a long time bc it’s not where the league trending. It’s just the truth and I get it. With that being said, we drafted Sengun knowing the kind of player he is, so we might as well use him.

Sengun missed a game and Silas forgot that they're supposed to yank him at 5:00 in the 4th. When the game is almost over, Silas as like, "Wait, what have I done? Why is Alpi still on the floor?" :D

Not really. When a team is so young, you need to slow down the action. It would make the guards better too not turning it over ever 3 possessions . Again, it doesn't even have to be used 50% of the time. You guys act like you're reinventing bball and have never seen the Fuhrer run an offense.

I don't buy this; I think you're being nice and optimistic.
If a coach can't have two good words about a young player coming out of a career game, then he's a PoS.
**** Silas. He can't stomach success for anyone other than KPJ, least of all Alpi.
Instead of riding the youngster's success, he tries to diss it.
And have I said **** Silas?

The game slows down in the playoffs. Efficient halfcourt sets are paramount
