Not playing superior player in Alp is in fact hindering development. Garuba is a better prospect than Bruno as well, so if his minutes are diminished that is in fact hindering his development.
Why are you so angry over a comment?
It’s weird the irrational hate Alp gets from some of you.

    Sengun is playing, hence developing.

No one is angry except the Sengun groupies.

Lot of Sengun haters are pretty salty.

And yet to be seen the number of minutes. If Bruno has more minutes than Alp or Garuba, it’s hindering their development

yep, btw not only alpis minutes are pathetic... its the role.....id rather he plays 20 minutes and we run offense tru him than if he plays 35 minutes standing at 3 point line serving as a mere spacer for kpj not to attack the rim...

or or...god forbid ppl not gonna like it but i would like it soooo much for stone to send him to vipers for a couple of months and make him a lead PG yanis like and play him 35 minutes...if he works then you can implement that on rockets as well if not hell at least put some insane stat so you may trade him for a nice return later...

these people are clueless ...no attention to detail no saviness...ignorance of huge gains of the moves on margins...rooting for wasting resources....and this is why bad teams stay bad regardless of talent infusion...in the meantime they dream of wemby or scoot or whoever...what an irony! ...grass is always greener over the fence...

    Cry more Groupies.

Sengun is averaging 26 minutes on the season and 25 when Fernando plays.

    OH MY GOD THE HORROR.

It certainly hinders the development of the off-ball skill of our guards, because they will be on the ball more often, and will not have to learn the variety of skills that involve playing with a highly skilled big in a system that encourages off-ball movement. Less reps, less skill. Pretty simple, yeah? There is a reason that Adelman’s system took many players 2+ years to really master.

Letting KPJ run the PG with Kelvin Cato hurts everyone involved, and makes us look like a JUCO team with an absentee coach. Sure, everyone can hop in and play, just like we are at the the Fond, but it isn’t the way to develop good habits.

It is highly possible that playing this style will help us win in the short term. Fool’s gold.

Hate to break it too you, but one of two things is going to happen this offseason,

One, we get Wemby and KPJ is still your PG, in which case Sengun is going to the bench, or two, We get one of the many guard prospects, in which case, they likely go after Turner in free agency, in which case Sengun goes to the bench.

This delusion about some high post offense is not based in reality. There is a reason they are doing what they are doing.

This is the right move for development, unless, as always, you are putting Sengun above the team.

Everyone complains about how Silas misuses Sengun or how he never lets him finish games ..... well, if Sengun could play defense without looking like a matador or fouling or shooting better than 25% from three ... he might stay on the court.

Gordon time has come and gone for a trade. His salary is way to large for a team to just send back a pick. We will have to take on some horrible contracts to move him and a trade. If he is traded it be to a contender and in order to be a top team they can’t have that kind of salary to just dump. His play for his pay is at or below value. He has an expiring contract; do we tie up cap for crap just to move him in a trade. If we really want to help ourself and him just cut him. He plays for contender of his choice on a minimum salary; and we have no collateral damage by taking on that contract will never go away that belongs to a rotation worthy players taking time from the youth.

we're going to play the guys we need to trade. bruno will get plenty of minutes to showcase him to include in trade with ego or possible tate and kj.

    ego (first)
    bruno (filler)
    tate(first)
    kj(first)
    gary (filler/2nd)
    kpjr (first)

    boban (expiring/ filler)

    we have to lose games.
we have to showcase vets to maximize trade values.

I probably should have put “injury” in quotes.

There is nothing abnormal for people fighting for their rights.

Now this time it's not their rights but the rights of the player they support.

To be honest there is nothing to be salty of, no big men on this roster has outplayed Alperen.

    Am I missing something?
Bruno getting his minutes should not be an issue, folks are just too itchy, nervous about these small things.

You’re killing them with these facts lmao.. everything that we’ve said about Sengun has happened. I called it 4 months ago that he wouldn’t be finishing games. They live in this fantasy world where he starts next to Wemby if we draft him, but it’s not happening!! You’re spot on with the MT thing, I see him being our starting 5 if we don’t land Wemby. His only fans are the ones that are upset bc he’s not being used like Jokic. We’re speaking based on reality

    b**** shut up lol
You ain’t spittin no facts at all. Silas will be gone and hopefully they find a coach that knows how to utilize his players strengths.

Only an idiot would want to play a lesser player because it “fits” the worst coach in the leagues “system”

    Stop it.
