    I prefer drip coffee in the morning, and if needed a cup of green tea in afternoon. I have never been able to do just tea without suffering wicked withdraw migraines.

    I have been getting over a severe cold these last two weeks (fml) and I modified the hot toddy for drinking during the day. It didn’t help with the cough but it was good.

    juice half a lemon into a mug.
    add in
    1 cup hot water.
    1 tablespoon honey.
    1 green tea bag. seep for 3 minutes.
    add more honey to taste.

    Swap out green tea for Whiskey at night.
