    kevin porter jr is not a PG

    i welcome the rockets being terrible. we need to get one of those top 2 picks. we either get big vic, or that pure PG that is an absolute stud. either one will instantly turn thing things around.

    Nix actually has the highest steal rate and second highest block rate as well as the highest DBPM among guards on the roster.

    People stop talking about tanking, we had the worst record in the nba two years ago and only got the 2nd pick, the worst record last year and got the 3rd pick. With the worst record, it’s only a 14% chance to get the 1st pick. We need to improve our team now so talented free agents will sign with us

    They ignore the stats because they are counter to the current narrative around here .... they'd have nothing to complain about if they paid attention to the numbers.


    Jabari shooting .255 on 3's - closest defender 4 feet -13/51 which is 57% of his total 3 point shots.
    shooting .367 on 3 point shots closest defender 6ft or more - 11/30 which is 34% of his total 3 point shots.

    We've accounted for 91% of his total 3 point shots - they occur with the closest defender 4 feet or more away.

    I'm telling you that Nix is an overweight slob who doesn't even bother to hustle. Random outlier stats based on a small sample size and relative to guards who happen to all be terrible defensively themselves do not change that.

    Youngest team in the league that is incomplete and forfeited basically 40% of its cap space.

    75% of our issues are related to youth and inexperience. 20% incomplete / unfinished roster construction. 5% Coaching.

    Small fun trivia tidbit, in modern sports there has never actually been a fanbase that likes their coach.
