The ****ing guy would get blown out of my driveway. He made a layup tonight. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WEEK!

If you have to teach the 6-11 top 3 consensus pick how to do a lay up shot. That is decidedly NOT THE CREAM OF THE CROP.

Green had no KPJ to **** him up, and he looked like ****.

Sengun had no KPJ to **** him up, and he looked like ****.

THere's a reason why the NBA is a players league, and a JB BIckerstaff looks good in Cleveland when he sucked in Houston. It's because of...the players.

And these players suck. Bad.

 

It’s Green 1st game playing PG - and he did great to start… Nix is the one who was getting abused and pressured.. then couldn’t make layup and had 3 wtf type passes that lead to FB points for Pacers

 

The solution is simple. Send Silas to G-League

Eason was awful tonight. I love the guy, but **** happens. The real issue though, as usual, was the lack of an actual point guard. It’s sad when KPJ really is your best option there. This roster is so flawed. Still, the effort was there, so that was nice. I guess...

 

So you saying Silas is the GM? The only true PG we have is TyTy…

Stone wants Nix and KPJ to make him look like a genius so he can stop hearing Morey this and that

 

I have Green and Sengun on the same tier. Sengun has tons of talent and has a lot of Jokic in him. Green is clearly very talented but his lack of ball handling is concerning. Ball handling is one of those skills that's hard to develop too. He's going to need it when he starts seeing double teams. Thankfully he has amazing burst and a quick first step that almost negates that.

 

sengun is a better talent than green(and harden)...the world is full of athletic freaks that cant play good basketball

 

Yeah and it's compounded by the fact you have a coach who won't call them out on it or impose ANY kind of penalty whatsoever for doing it.

Eason had 3 traveling calls - a missed dunk - 2 missed / blocked layups …just seemed to be pressing

 

The main problem with the roster is most of them are 21 and under with at most 2 years of experience.

Yeah, Eason was bad tonight but that happens, happens even to HOF players, he can't be great every night. Nor can Green, Sengun, etc.

They just collectively had a bad game outside of EGO and KJ.

 

Go poach an undersized, unathletic , high IQ backup PG from one of these teams.. There's alot of em wearing ski-masks rotting on a championship caliber team's bench.. Then inject them in the lineup , or at the least, make them team captain and lead daily passing drills for the rest of the season..

 

That was the biggest question mark coming into the draft. It's his identity at this point but I feel like things like that can be corrected. It's not something I'm concerned about. It comes with experience.

 

i dont think so....firtatas main source of rockets money doesnt come from TC and tickets...it prolly comes from tv rights and other sources which are shared between all teams.......simply there is no incentive for individual nba teams to be any good or better than the others except intrinsical motivation.....nba is a circus

 

LP here in Austin is showing them, at least Silas. His are very short after a loss, which is after the vast majority of the games, so far. He looks beaten. Heck, he struggles to get the words out. It’s depressing to watch. You’re lucky to miss them.

 

That's why I think we should have had a veteran coach with this group.

It's not that they lose but it is that they lose repeating the same bad habits over and over and over again.

That's the thing that worries be, they just repeat the same bad habits every game.

 

Cream of the crop as in blue chip prospect guaranteed to go #3 draft, mocked #1 in most of them. Jalen Green, also cream of the crop, probably the most athletic guard in the league already. Also you realize someone can "know how to do something" and still improve at it correct? Jabari Smith Jr. obviously understands how to make a ****in lay up

Sengun is a better talent than a top 4 shooting guard of all time, who also carried this franchise to the playoffs singlehandedly 8+ seasons? Are you out of your ****in mind? Our offense was literally, give ball to Harden. That was it. And he carried us to the playoffs every single year. Sengun would be lucky to add 5 wins to our total this year. And since the world is full of these athletic freaks please show me some prospects that compare to JG's athleticism and explosiveness while having the same of bag of tricks he does.
