    But Elon had to go to China and the Middle East to get loans for Twitter…. An American company that has an influence of news/media….

    Also who is “unbothered” by a major financial fraud by Crypto Bro? I don’t like it but I also don’t like crypto.

    It’s weird folks have to create these false equivalences so they can stan for a billionaire. Let’s just be honest… this is mostly about owning the libs to you.

    Read through the entire document now.

    The declaration is really something else, man headed the Enron bankruptcy case and still is absolutely shocked at what happened at FTX internally. No real audits, no accounting department, no board meetings, user funds spent on buying buildings and personal items etc, Sam loaning billions to his own puppet entity.

    There are people who keep suggesting SBF/FTX grew too quickly and situations got out of control.
    The guy was a MIT graduate with endless competent people around him. He was not some back wood redneck who had absolutely no business sense.
    This is pure fraud. Prison is all he should know. I still think he will be Epsteined.

    He needs to sing like a bird about their political connections and about how they influenced regulators.

    It's insane to look at all the big funds who gave them money. I spoke to someone from a sovereign wealth fund last night who also threw money at them. It makes a mockery of a lot of their fake due diligence processes they do on people such as us.

    A lot of people at these funds should really get fired.

    Them and regulators who gave FTX licenses to operate and offer derivatives in many parts of the world, deeming them safer than exchanges that have been around long before FTX even existed.

    The system totally failed here.
