Not if your solution is to replace the guy who plays like a rookie with an actual rookie that has little to no playing time in the NBA or someone who plays worse than a rookie. Now that said, I do think TyTy will show more improvement in the role than KPJ has though I anticipate it to be VERY ugly the first few months.

Where exactly do you think TyTy is right now? Also, see my latest post.

Might as well guaranteed the last 3 years of KPJ's contract now....19-6-6 at 22 is great.

Passing the ball for a pure PG should come natural. "Feel" for the game, knowing the playbook, instincts. All of that should immediately translate. I wouldnt expect him to be able to break down a defense or defend, but he could at least set these guys up better he's been groomed for it all his life!

Very raw. He wasn’t even a starting point guard in college and we are going to throw him to the wolves now? If you say take all of Nix’s minutes then I guess I can go along with that. Just think RGV can be a valuable learning experience where you can be on the court for 30+ minutes building confidence. Maybe bring him up for 2nd half of year and bench Nix.

Yes, I which Sengun only fans b******
about lack of the point shooting as much
as they b**** about KPj turnovers.

One would help fix the other; but that goes against the narrative. It's more about not making Green/KPj looking better.....propelling Sengun to the top of the pecking order.

Can Silas for a Steve Clifford who still believes Post Ups reign supreme.

Fact is Sengun is half the player Jokic is until he can hit more 3's.....some 3's.

Was it fans or one guy?

I don't remember anybody saying this, but I see that D-Rock did.

Absolutely! Just think about the easy drives Jalen and KPJ would get if Sengun could shoot. There’s always a big sagging in the paint and it gets clogged. I know Silas hates that too. Our guards beat their man consistently, but it’s that 7 footer in the paint waiting. There’s a reason why guys like Brook Lopez developed a 3 ball, bc it allowed them to stay on the floor and space for their teammates

That's real close, especially considering the pay difference.

Yes, if Jalen Green only fans could see this too. Green would be going for 28 points a game.

It's tough enough for Jalen to get the top wing defender from the other team now.....but to also
contend with the Sengun defender camped in the paint cooking s'mores

Apart from being more efficient shooting the ball what exactly does 26 year old Brunson do better? "Run the offense" for a .500 squad that beats bad teams and loses to good teams? For 100Ms? At least they're beating the bad ones. Hopefully Houston will do the same once the schedule offers those 'bad' teams as competition. We shall see!

    way to cherry pick numbers.

Why are your numbers so much important than his numbers?

And do you factor in that Brunson is playing for a team that went to the playoffs, as opposed to KPJ playing for a team who was the worst in the NBA last year?

Sengun wants to play his game, he even said it, which is everything running through him. That’s why Bruno was starting, despite being a lesser player. The problems goes way deeper than Silas and KPJ, there’s plenty of other guys that are hurting the team as well

What you are really saying is that you won't care whatever he does because you just don't like KPJ.

    Thanks for making that clear.

I guess we should have just given up on Alpi last year when he was a turnover and fouling machine.

And Alpi had a lot more experience going against higher level competition before he was drafted.

At this point, he has yet to play an entire full season of NBA games, and he has gotten progressively better.

I don't understand your point, should he an all star now to satisfy you?
