Cruz only cares about himself. Anything else is peepee games. We got to this point partially because Dems helped advertise the far-right (R) in primaries to ensure the craziest candidates matched up against Dems. Smart but also very shady IMO. I think it created a fake sense in the (R) party that far-right extremism was a more valid tactic than it really is. Basically you have Dems promoting far-right candidates with advertising. And you have Republicans constantly flooding the media with obscure headlines that affect .0005% of people. We're talking about drag shows or a boy doing girls wrestling. Yeah, I'm not pleased with the Dem strategy of promoting the more extreme Republican to have an easier time in the general election -- there's real danger of it blowing up in your face. That these midterms went well will cause some of these Dems to conclude the strategy worked and they should do it again. Maybe it did work this time, but it's too risky to keep doing it. Absolutely can blame them for making a conspiracy theory out of a bureaucratic process. If it looks dodgy, people should educate themselves more on what we're doing and why to try to understand, instead of just waving their hands and lazily concluding that there must be some malfeasance.
Why would all of that go into one direction? The tweet sounds just like Trump wanting to "find" some votes.
I was frustrated that on election day I went to the school near my house and was 6th in line yet I didn't vote until 8:40 am. I usually vote early but I got wrapped up in **** in the weeks during early voting and didn't make it out. It was truly irritating that machines were not working correctly.
the tweet isn't saying that 100% of these thousands of votes are all Dem, but we know who uses vote by mail the most, and it is Democrats...these ballots left to be cured could be 60-40 Dems or 70-30 for all we know...enough to maybe make a difference when the lead is barely 1000 votes there is no "finding some votes" ballot curing happens all across the country all the time...it usually doesn't make a difference because the win margin is too high, or it's some irrelevant race that no one cares about
