please don’t tell me the reason Green couldn’t get any shots in the 4th was because KPJ went rogue

I see the “KPJ whipping boy” thread is getting action, and there’s a “make Jalen Green PG” thread now

I just checked the boxscore and just 3 assists, but 7 turnovers



I was gonna chill, but perhaps I should watch the 4th quarter just to see for myself

 

if he had better veterans around him, he would shine more. He already is better than last season. Enough of this 6th man talk. He and Green are going to take turns of the ball in the backcourt every game and they will play through Sengun when he is out there.

Maybe their being "extremely cautious" with Tate's injury because they know that

 

KPJ never feeds inside...He and Silas likes ISO games. And outside shoots

 

It's always Silas fault. He don't punish or correct players who play bad and don't reward more playing time to players playing good. He just go always with his playbook rotation that always killed momentum. He doesn't held players accountable for their mistakes. Just play on. It's liked playing on a recreational league of weekend basketball players.

I went from indifferent on KPJ to I hate him and want him off this f***ing team now!

 

Green got the ball and gave the ball back late. also people misread the three assists. Porter Jnr could have had 6 or 7 if players could hit shots. Eason missed one off his pass in the 4th and it was wide open. Can only get assists if team mates hit shots.

 

here is the thing. Green might not be a PG, but if they tried to make Green a PG like they are doing with KPJ - Green would be much farther along and would pass more and run the offense (with sengun). The TO's might be the same, but I feel a TO would be because he was trying to make the right play.

I believe that for real.

 

KPJ could EASILY average 11 assists if he took a back seat and just ran the offense and just drive and kick and spam Jalen Green.

 

People complain about Green’s turnovers but to me he sees the floor better and processes things so much faster than KPJ, who needs to dribble dribble dribble to make things happen. I can totally see Green as an excellent secondary playmaker who can play the one for stretches on a really good team. I’m not sure if KPJ is the right guy to have running the show beside him.

 

lol now I really want to see what went down because just to know what he did to make people that mad

 

Honestly, especially tonight, Green's TOs just come from trying to thread the needle or passing the ball.

How many TOs from KPJ are because he dribbles into traffic or forces ****?

I'm not trying to make it seem like Green's farts smell better than KPJs, a TO is a TO, but tonight at least Green's TO were just him trying optimistic passes while KPJs was him dribbling it off his foot...

 

Holy sh*t, Sengun fouled out in just 19 minutes?!?

u know what, lemme go walk these dogs and then watch this game to see what I missed because fckery levels look off the charts

Sengun was getting jobbed the whole game by the refs. Plus Silas left him on the bench with 2 fouls. Dare the refs to foul out Sengun in the 1st half.
