I think the point is that he invested. Not sure what about his post sounds like he isn't. In his mind he is trying to get Silas fired so the team has a chance to do great things. I agree on the fire silas but i don't think a post on clutch fans is the answer.
The most disinterested I have ever been was the season before we got Harden. I was completely sick of the mediocrity treadmill and getting the 14th pick every stinking year. I didn't even watch a game that season. Couldn't care if Dragic or Parsons were bright spots because I knew they weren't taking us anywhere. I do kind of regret missing a year of Luis Scola. I loved him. As for this - this is what I expected it to be so I'm not disappointed. And so long as the young guys develop I'm not mad. And I feel like they're moving in the right direction. Green looked like a poor man's Corey Brewer this time last year. So he's come an awful long way. I expect Jabari to do the same. I know people aren't excited about KPJ as point guard, but I feel like he's made massive strides in that role. Am I convinced that's the long term place for him? No. But I think the skills he's developing will make him a more well rounded player even if he ends up moving back to SG or SF or comes off the bench as the 6th man. Sengun is also looking better and better and, of course, Josh Christopher would likely be a top 3 candidate for MVP if Silas weren't determine to tank. But that's okay. I want to get WenIbangyomama to pair with Christopher to form a dynasty.
u go do that bye "boycott the organization" talk is corny like you're really about to accomplish something OP doesn't even go to games to begin with
I don't think you guys realize the historical significance of this thread. This is that rare moment when a CFer with a long history of terrible, overly dramatic takes comes out with their worst, 8th-grade cry-for-attention take ever. This thread is a monument to whining.
Teams have ups and downs, this is the natural cycle. If you don't understand that, then frankly the NBA is not for you.
This wouldn't have anything to do with the recent news about Sengun going back to the bench once Bruno comes back, uh? I thought the last two games, they looked pretty good. Let's see how they look when Bruno gets before you BOYCOTT
This team doesn’t really lack talent. They’re inexperienced and still need some time to grow and improve but I’ll agree with @ashleyem (can’t believe I typed that out) that this team is barely watchable. The second unit on this team excels because they hustle and that can only get you so far. The starting lineup has so many problems that it saps the energy from the entire team every other night. Silas can’t make these guys shoot better or become all-defensive players but he sure as hell need to be responsible for setting the tone of this team and have these kids learn some pro-level fundamentals.
Has anyone ever considered that Kerr actually won championships as a player...whereas Stephen Silas...well.
