No, Sengun is not the MOST important player on this team. I really don't think there is that one player on this team yet.

The Rockets have several good players that I would put in a group; Jalen, Sengun and KPJ but they do not have one piece that they have to rely on.

Besides, if he is their best player, as you suggest, and he hasn't missed a game and their record is is 2-9, that says a lot about him.

Never said he was their best player. Just their most important. If you can't see that the offense is significantly more fluid running through him then you're either blind or just hating. Until proven otherwise, Sengun is the best facilitator and craftiest scorer on the Rockets. I'm not one to throw out crazy comparisons so don't take this as a direct comparison, but he's kinda like CP3. He's never going to be your best player and he shouldnt be. But he's smart and crafty and just does the right things to win. Sengun is a master at drawing fouls at 20 years old already. Jalen and KPJ can't do that yet. This team goes as Sengun goes. If we don't want to run action through Sengun and the Chuck Brothers want to take turns jacking up contested 32 footers then fine. Bring on Wemby.

KPJ and his deputy are the ones who started all 11 games in 2-9 streak.

nice... no comparison or metaphor is perfect but its already been perhaps half a year or even more that i am saying sengun is CP3 of the bigs...smart savy creative not physicaly dominant or defensive monster but surely capable

Cp3 played vs LEBRON in the playoffs , was injured and wasnt even shooting 3 pointers!!? because he was playing literally with one hand...and he still has beaten lebron who is a GOAT CANDIDATE

This isn't golf or singles tennis, the better Suns team beat the Lakers, and last I checked CP3 is one of the so called GOAT PG's and pretty sure he made the top 75 team as Bron did

CP3 may not have rings but his game impact is on par with whoever you want to name

The deputy is a weak soul and will jump wagons in his long-projected career, we will see.

Certainly will be successful but never be the leader. Always Spiro Agnew, Always Al Gore.

He was limited in his range but he was still able to navigate the troops which he does at elite level since day one

Alpi brings a balance to the heavy three shooting style so I was never one of those who harped about him needing a three point shot as long as he can be efficient on the block and use his passing ability then he will be all g

Derozan and others seem to be doing fine in this happy three era because its about doing what you do best and the rest will fall in line

If Alpi develops a respectable three shot it will open his game up more, if not he should still be effective because he isn't a scrub in the low post and has a good feel for the game

R u slandering green once more?

Idk y u always have to do this when praising sengun.

Gotta stop dragging green in this, man is a hooper and hopefully he and sengun plays together for a long time. They have great syngery on the court.
    Garuba is looking great also.
The Rockets 2021 class is quite good, sadly jc is still in da doghouse

I don't know what's your problem with me.

I believed this team was Green's team and didn't like his soft acceptance of demotion, both himself and Sengun's.

KPJ presented last in opening ceremony, very bad idea. It should be either Eric Gordon (seniority) or JGreen (projection). JGreen did not resist.

I like JGreen, likely more than you but hate his submissive behaviour and his acceptance of losing/tanking culture.

I like Alpi but not keen on some issues. These boys are future but not guilt-free archangels.

What is wrong with you? You behave very erratic when someone criticise some Rockets player? If you think something wrong I pointed out just explain. Don't attack me. Say something, for example: JGreen fought against KPJ/Silas for leadership, he argued with Jabari for Josh Christopher, he does not laugh after losing,..

    Please.

Pffft. U like green more than me?

i spent the last season defending him from knee jerkers daily and folks who said sht about green that weren't tru.

My problem with u is that I don't like u making stories or drama to slander green just to make sengun look even better. Green being submissive? Green accepting losing culture? Where are u even getting this stuff from?

Him and sengun are playing on the same team yet u r somehow able to make stuff that aren't true about green.

Jalen green is a 2nd year he aint going against the coach to get benched like jc.

I also don't see sengun going against leadership with regards to playing time, do u see me saying sengun is weak minded and submissive? No cause it ain't tru

It seems that it is difficult for you to understand some basics. Josh Christopher was mentioned as an example, not related to Jabari-JGreen argument. You even did not get that hypothetical example. I am very sorry for you.

Anyone has an IQ level higher than watermelon or than a spindle would guess Alpi's demotion would effect Jabari and JGreen badly and I wanted this core (including Tari) progress together. But I did not guess JGreen was a soft like you, hiding behind "a second year player" mantra. You might be young but we witnessed strong first year or second year players (take Magic Johnson against grandiose Kareem). That's leadership not resisting to one of the lowest winning coach.

All right, you are the #1 JGreen fan, no one loves him as much as you, you will protect him like the single soldier of the battle of Stamford Bridge.

You are the field Marshall, you are the greatest.
