Ya but Durant has the most lateral quickness I've ever seen for someone his size. Jabari has like now of that lateral shiftiness.

You just noticed this? ive been screaming this in every thread. If Silas wasn't so enamored with KPJ, we could spam Jalen and sengun pnr's

Banchero was number 1 on my draft board, followed by Chet and Jabari....I think the NBA got it right.

Sweet win! We can get a handful and still get a good draft pick.
Long term, we can't hope to rely on 50% shooting from deep to get wins. But I'll take it!

It's like you've never watched a player develop before.

You're comparing these two like the Rockets had a choice? Jabari is still raw and could become something down the line, but Banchero will be a poor man's Boozer at best and that wouldn't have necessarily played into the Rockets future either.

Eason is the steal of the draft so far and Green's development is better than expected.

Anyone knows why Silas can’t play Tari more?

Dude is hustling all games and not in foul trouble.

A sad ending. We needed this loss badly to get Silas fired.

This what I don't get about the Rockets. Sengun being one of our best players we could play a lineup to help mask his weakness with longer and better defenders. But instead we trot him out there with midgets and subpar defenders and complain about his defense.

Tari should start with Sengun. Waiting for EG to get traded so we can see our real lineups.

It’s hard to develop handles or post up skills if it’s not there from the start. Adding size and muscles helps but these skills have to be there to have a chance to improve. Jabari has shown very little there to believe it can happen. Many players can develop a shot over time but rarely does a player develop from being a spot up shooter to taking players off the dribble. I think Jabari will improve in defense, rebounding, and his shot will get better but he’s not going to become the triple threat Banchero is on offense. That’s ok since he wasn’t drafted over Banchero but I’m surprised how many still believe he will be the better player of the two or that he is a better fit for the rockets.

I liked seeing KJ Martin treat the court like a bouncy castle. Sengun is dominant with his big boy skills. When Jalen catches a groove like that he’s too much offense to overcome.

Jabari can be a better fit for the Rockets despite being less talented than Paolo if he can become an above average defender and shooter while giving us around 8 boards a game.

Props to KPJ too for a good comeback game. 18 points and 11 assists with a near triple double is encouraging to see.

He wouldn't have been dismissed. Silas is Tilman's blue eyed boy.
