    If you asked me which specific Houston minority came to mind first I would say Vietnamese because there’s such a huge stateside population here.

    Correct, Houston plastic surgeons, there's a movie on it called Breast Men https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast_Men

    I don't know if it's good, probably not since it was before HBO is what it is today.

    I believe the Houstonian pronunciation is 'Messcans'. At least that's how everybody said it when I was growing up.
