why? isnt that a perfect opportunity to practice shooting jumpshots, increase his stamina and adjust to nba etc.... playing time is gold my friend.. you aint becoming a 3pt sniper shooting in an empty gym...you need game reps....
Olajuwon dominated on both ends of the court, he shut down people and altered shots. I know it's a different world. I get it. No, I have no expectations, the word 'domination' in English rings another meaning. Doing okay, doing well is one tier. Domination is a tier reserved for a true superstar IMO. Like Harden dominated on Offense putting up 35 pt per game and 10 assists 8 rebounds per game. Something only Harden could do, but 20 points and 10 rebounds is a good stat nonetheless. To me Banchero isn't even dominating now but could do in the near future.
I have been disappointed by KAT for years now. He has all the tools to dominate but he doesn't regularly. He has flashes of domination on Offense but isn't the rim protector people expect him to be.
At least you started Alpi to compare to one of my greatest basketball hero, Hakeem (the other one is Oscar Schmidt). If you watched last year's 3 games KAT the wrestler dominated. This is KAT might thought the same pattern but out-classed. Please describe "momentum" also as you described domination. This game was "the beginning of the end" for KAT's domination against Alpi.Alpi rose the occasion and KAT's "chutzpah" is over. We will see more and more scary KAT against Alpi.

It's small picture. Picks should translate to good players who elevate level of the team. We missed with some picks, and the ones we hit like Sengun we let then rot on the bench and do the same thing all over again. Wembanyama changes nothing with current coaching staff(whole one including Lucas). We draft top draft players and they look like **** in the league. Our top pick is second year in a row a laughing stock. Then you gonna wonder why media ignores rockets

Let’s criticize Sengun for his defensive performance and getting fouls easy. That’s something for sure to develop for him how to be at least neutral player defensively. However, Silas has to keep him om the floor for offense even if he gets in foul trouble. You gotta bring players from the bench to cover your best offensive weapon’s defensive limitations and let me be the ultimate force. They can’t defend Sengun, except a few players, without double teaming him and he is obviously not a black hole. Basically, it’s ridiculous to punish a player after few fouls when he is the only option to score against opponents CONSISTENTLY.
Of course Alperen has to improve himself in defense/fouling. But in spite of improvement still no reward, no carrot, just punishment. Management wise you have to adapt the sistem as Sengun will make 3 fouls/30 minutes or 4 fouls/36 minutes. You can't make Alpi/KAT/Tari/Tate type of players foul-free, they have to hustle, they are not CWood, just teach them to make less. KPJ made 4 fouls yesterday, minus 16 last night. Is he going to be demoted. NO. This is bad management (if any), bad coaching (if any), hypocrisy, nepotism, double standards,cronysm. Not one of them, unfortunately all of them. Houston has a long way to go.

Even Garuba played one of his worst defensive games and only reason to keep him on the floor is his defense. But no worries, Silas will always find an excuse not to keep Sengun after a few fouls.
This team has worst offense and defense in the league and he sits one player because of it? Then why Green doesnt sit? Or Jabari? Sengun is better offensively and defensively than both of them. Way more complete player at this point so if you are trying to win now you have to play Sengun. And when you develop youngest players, you have to play Sengun too lol. In both approaches there is No room for Bruno Fernando. Unless you try to suck off KPJ
