Are we sure about that? Im sure silas and stone think of him as the cornerstone.

Hopefully. Silas won't be the coach next year. He might not even last the season. I think Stone structured his contract the way he did because he realizes he's a liability. I don't mind how they speak in the media if it's an attempt to raise his trade value (obviously it would have be be attached to EG and a pick because alone it's zero)

Point guard is the hardest position to learn. Why did they just assume that they will give ball to the most selfish and lowiq player on the roster who happens to have dribbling and scoring ability and he will be any good as pg?

No other teams pay attention to KPJ in the game. He is super easy to be guarded well by opposing teams because he is the most predictable player in Rockets roster.

A lot of his turnovers aren't even because of swarming defense, he literally just throws the ball right to an opposing player, it's hilarious.

Did you see Jalen? Im 100 percent sure he can be better PG than KPJ. At least he can play P&R.

He definitely could but I want him to stay off the ball. That's his natural position and where I think we get him to an All-star level. If we don't end up with Wemby Scoot (the real one) could be a perfect addition to this team

Yeah I’m starting to think KPJ is all talent. Just can’t put it together on the floor. Next season he needs to go back to his natural position bc he can’t be trusted at PG, I’ve seen enough.

I respect that you've come around. Seriously. KPJ isn't a PG. Never was.

that’s why this team needs a PG so that Green can be used most efficiently

Jalen is playing even more poorly than KPJ right now. He had 5 turnovers last night, more than anyone else. Yet it’s somehow all KPJ’s fault.

true, he made many turnovers but I find his game vision better than KPJ, more reliable in that sense. He found the open man many times and doesn’t force the game as much as KPJ

No question. I like what we have in Green, Sengun, Eason and we still have time with Smith. When TyTy gets healthy we will see if he can play that role. Was a real mistake not adding a vet

Was it the 5 turnovers and 4 assists that made you so confident in Jalen's PG skills?

compared to KPJ, I found it better and we know it’s not Jalen’s main duty. Of course he should tighten his handles more. In terms of decision making, Jalen is obviously more advanced.

So compared to someone averaging 5 assists and 3 turnovers, you thought 4 assists and 5 turnovers was better?

Sounds like a take you'd have...

Im not saying that by just looking at stats. Green is willing to play for the team more than KPJ. It’s a HUGE positive to me. Correct, he commits some turnovers right now and got to improve but his intention to play selfless for team basketball is there.
