this may be in fact the problem, as i explained it earlier here...basically heres a possible scenario that makes some sense to me 1. as analytics aware guy and alpi being analytics darling hes probably vouched for drafting alpi high, 2. but others from draft decisions making team, higher up on organizational ledger, insisted it be pretty dunker jalen green, 3. and now he has to nerf sengun to save jalen's(and rockets) face and not to make his boss look like a fool... how many people can really tell their boss 'see, i told you so?' 4. or or he also convinced firatata to give keys of the franchise to the reclamation project so hes now balancing between the two, making the project work and alpis development 5. situation is probably immensely more complicated with other factors being other players, their agencies, agents , coaches , nba bureaucracy, self-doubt etc...

How is it domination when KAT still scored his? Both got theirs I would say and Alperen played the prettier basketball overall.
yeah right, last year he had one of his worst games ever against Robinson, who is very physical, strong and taller than Sengun. Im curious how he can deal with him now…one thing I want to see is that his body needs to be more muscular.
It was a domination especially considering last year's 3 games. KAT per 30: 25 points 9 rebs Alpi per 30: 25.5 points, 10.5 rebs What else you expect from 2nd year player against a legit 7", 8 years veteran? Not too much difference but Alpi is slight winner. An 8th year Alpi would destroy a 2nd year KAT.
Love Alpi, obviously our best player at the moment. But we can't blame yesterdays minutes on Silas for once. Alpi reached and made a really stupid foul to pick up number 3 early in second quarter and had to sit. Then the game just got out of hand. No need to play him that many minutes in second half down by 20.
He even can compete in Kirkpinar. I don't think he has any chance in regular wrestling (against Taha Akgul or Riza Kayaalp) but can do something at the qualification levels at Kirkpinar.
lol it was just one not great a game and i dont think it was that bad...alpi was prolly just distracted with silas/lucas foolishness and had trouble finding the rhythm because playing in 4 x 3 minutes spurts and playing alongside danuel house i dont think anyone in the world would present a trouble for alpi.... i am 100% sure and would bet all my possesions alpi would school robinson like a fool if just his teammates and the coach supported him, fed him the ball, gave him playing time etc... the harshest opponents hes met so far are his own temammates and organisational politics...
