We are still #2 in Vegas odds to make the Big 12 title game

TCU and OK State can lose the rest of their games since there is a lot of parity in the conference.
But we have to win out.

I don't see any of the scenarios happening. Sark put himself into a really precarious situation with that loss on Sat.

He's got a trump card named "Arch Manning" for the next few years.

Wasn't that what Quinn Ewers was supposed to be this year?

He's a redshirt freshman. Expecting non-stop brilliance from him was naive (and I was naive after OU).

There's no chance UT fires Sarkisian before Manning arrives and plays especially if it was his relationship with Sark was what sealed the deal. He means too much to the school in terms of revenue and prominence.

I don't think anyone is talking about firing Sark. It was about whether they could win the B12 this year. That said, 2 years from now, Arch is likely to be a redshirt freshman too.

Oh, in that case, the Big 12 is probably done this year. We'll go to the Alamo Bowl again or something.

I was mainly responding to @gucci888 saying that Sark put himself in a precarious position. I'd normally agree with that, but two factors make me think he's here to stay for the next few years:
    1. Arch Manning and his relationship with Sark being a key driver in committing to Texas.
    2. The amount of buyout money we're already paying Tom Herman. We need to use that as a reason to stop firing coaches every few years.

Omg about time UT got a break. KState was getting every fumble bounce their way.

Sark needs to give up the second half calls
That sweep to Bijan was the worst 3 rd down call.

thank goodness the defense didn’t blow it

I had to go back and watch the highlights since I was watching the Astros last night. Unfortunate timing, I wish I'd been able to see both. It seems like this game was exactly why you've got to allow Ewers to struggle in Stillwater: pressurized environment, big stakes, etc. and he seemed a lot more collected than the last game.

Eh…honestly you’ve seen this exact game multiple of times. As far as Ewers, he definitely looked more comfortable overall but it was almost all Bijan that 2nd half.

I just can’t understand how Sark hasn’t been able to figure out these 2nd half leads.

Big flip from OU. Huge position of need.

Dude been throwing high every since the injury during Alabama game.. Either he still hurt and UT being dumb for playing him or he's just ****ing nervous about the injury.. He was not chronically doing that pre-injury..
