That would be wise to do. They both suck, but Garuba does have NBA defensive skills and would be fine as a 3rd or 4th string player.

……closest thing Nix brings to the game is passing, but nobody is confusing him with CP3.

I still think he comes up to us at some point, but this is refreshing to see.

Another certified scrub. that's why he isn't in the league. the usual folks have been waiting for this guy to become stable in the league. you'll be waiting forever. he sucked from day 1

I hope he saved his money. You can't get a job in the real world with your face tatted up like a Soundcloud rapper

With all due respect, I’m guessing his career earnings compare favorably with most of ours ;)

Really? Didn't he lead the league in FG% these last few years?

I mean all we need is someone that is above 7' tall to play backup Center.

We need serviceable centers that can at least block out and rebound. Sengun is great but undersized at center, depending on matchups Cauley-Stein could actually be useful.

he wasn't useful in sac, he wasn't useful in gs, he wasn't useful in dal. he wasn't useful in phil. What makes anyone think he's useful now on one of the worst teams in the league is pretty amazing.

he's exactly where he belongs. Not in the NBA

nobody attacked his personal life. none of this is recent. He's sucked on the court since he came in the league.

How is saying he's a certified scrub and he's trash not attacking him personally or other wise?

If you don't like him, why not say, I don't think he can benefit the Rockets based upon the last time I saw him.

It's like the internet has given people Carte Blanche to say what they want to say and I think its sad. We still have to be RESPECTFUL

umm because your play on the basketball court has nothing to do with attacking him personally. Quit trying to find a dumb reason to act like this is some personal attack.

yeah he sucks on the basketball court, a scrub so what. That's what he displays on the actual basketball court. None of that is remotely close to addressing anything he does off the court.

If i was addressing his personal life off the court there's a difference. common sense would tell you that. but yeah these days common sense isn't so common for folks like you. it's damn sad to say

We do but he isn't it. He's never impressed me. I'd rather give a chance to someone else personally. He just dunks. He does have some athleticism but really doesn't seem like an NBA player to me

Not at all. Just because I don't think he's a good basketball player doesn't mean I am not happy he turned his life around. Those are two completely different things

For the record, last time I saw him he didnt look good either but being that he has a new look at life maybe things change.

The issue I had was the negativity and attacking manner in which some of you came at him.

Everybody, if not 90% of the people is on the internet and as we know, players too. This guy was is coming out of a dilemma, we don't know to what degree but it was something that truly effected him and now he seem to be turning the corner.

And as a result, for people to come across as negative, calling him TRASH, etc. to me its insulting.
