lmao at rewriting history. Kobe wasn't a relentless attacker? my god. he started settling for jumpers from 2008 and onwards. but 96-2007 was go to the rim and try to put you in it. and his efficiency wasn't terrible lmao. he was shooting 45% for most of his career. he took some bad shots but that wasn't because of him settling. it was because he took bad shots. not gonna lie, your post reads like you watched his career through basketball reference.
You must be remembering some highlights. Relentless is a different meaning. Kobe, tmac, VC could all attack but they all settled for jumpers vs attacking relentlessly. Your timeline of when kobe started settling is wrong as well. Thats when kobe started to post up like MJ furthering his post game by working with Hakeem summer of 09 and winning a ring without Shaq the next season.
Where did people get this notion that Jalen doesn't attack the rim. If anything he's way too careless when constantly attacking that he needs to tone things down. His problem right now is that his go to move is going straight to the hoop and trying to finish over the help no matter what. I am glad he's mixing in some floaters tonight.
Jalen drives it in a decent amount…29th in the league in drives per game he’s shooting 39% on his drives tho…sad thing is KPJ shoots even lower than that our guards combine for about 29 drives per game, but are both horrible at converting them majority of the good scorers usually finish around 50-55% on drives for reference
Kobe always had stacked teams and he was more of a big guard/SF not a under 6'4 guard like green. But with that said there have been some exceptions, so I will concede defeat.
Serious question to you, would Rockets fans riot if we pick up Miles Bridges? Pleaded, "No Contest" No jail time....probation....not tied to a team as far as I know.....NBA can discipline.....but a nice PF/SF scoring 20 pts / 7 rebs / 3.8 Ast per game.
Alperen's screens give the 1.5 seconds needed time to JGreen. If JGreen mends the relations with Jabari and in a way with Alpi he will be back to glory days again. If not, he will be blocked a lot.
Garrison is $2M non guaranteed Whole point of having Mathews is for dead eye shooting....but if he is not dead eye shooting....what's the point of having him?
Totally true, I'd rather invest on someone more dynamic/athletic/flexible/engaging when those shots aren't falling.
No riot That's ok.....are the Warriors called Accused rapists warriors for having Anthony Lamb? 76ers called the Reduced Felony drug trafficking 76ers for having Harrell? I wouldn't think the Miles Bridges NBA suspension would be more than 10 to 15 games *side note: those Warriors have two more wins than the Rockets. 4 game losing streak and 0-5 on the road for the season.
With social media and all that stuff, more and more will be revealed. You have enough of those 'bad boys' 'horny guys' already.
We will agree on that we disagree. I think the Warriors would trade in the Accused Rapist Anthony Lamb for wife/girlfriend slapper Miles Bridges in a heartbeat. Most teams would....only the Spurs and Rockets would say no. Jalen Green tweeted support towards Miles Bridges by liking his music. Players back each other. It's kinda like a fraternity.
Lmao we weren't agreeing on anything and we weren't disagreeing on anything. Each of us talked their own stuff, I never mentioned Anthony Lamb in my post. Teams aren't that progressive to begin with, it's just Silver wanting to push this agenda forward. All you will see is that negative news will pile on while the NBA remains the same for a while.
No, I'm mentioning Anthony Lamb and how San Francisco is one of the most liberal cities in the nation and how they didn't woke the Warriors into submission. The Warriors nation sleeps just fine with an accused rapist in their midst. But Houston has to fight with one hand tied behind their back every time. Rockets don't get held to the same standards.... and I for one am tired of it. Either the league boots out everyone that is suspect (which might be 90% of the league) or questionable or STFU
good scorers usually have better decision making too, I feel like the stuff KPJ and Green attempts at the rim are hail mary layups that are very much low percentage.
