We may have been 2-2 after the shutout

Weather is uncontrollable (unless there's a roof)

    Starter selection is totally controllable

And rain made them change theirs

Better to get smoked than to lose by one run.
    Just win the next game.

Astros had a bitter-ex player who snitched and Red Sox did not. Manford couldn't sweep that Athletic article under the rug like he did for all the other teams when it was just rumors. So instead he made the Astros the scapegoat for it all.

Friers would get lit up by the Astros every time they played and he was pissed he was left off the playoff roster in 2017.

To not win a single game at home was shocking.

    What??

It may have removed a potential win before a loss

    They changed their starter

    First team to 4 wins

Agreed, the Astros were absolutely and still are the scapegoat. I know they weren't the only team up to tricks. Unfortunately we live in a reality where many people aren't capable of objective thought, so the attacks will unfortunately continue. Sigh.

McCullers would have pitched yesterday. I'm saying the McCullers game was destined for a loss after what we saw tonight. So it that sense I'm glad they burned their #3 starter tonight against McCullers.

I would give the Phillies pitching credit but this is the same hit and miss hitting we got all year. The pitching was always going to be what got this thing done. After going down 7-0 they just folded, which is sad.

Perhaps the Astros would blow up Noah too

Suarez is now more available in the future

Or, we can just say the Astros were gonna lose this series regardless of weather

    Cool, see more bully

There's a trickle down effect to that which would likely affect the rest of the series

Dusty was smart to eliminate more bully see-age... lol

So the McCullers “tipping his pitches” conversation. I mean is this the 1st time he has ever tipped or is this is a recurring problem that no one has put any energy into solving before the raised stakes of The World Series?

Pretty simple now. These jack wagons jump out to a 3 or more run lead tomorrow and it is lights out. Seeing our offense do NOTHING in response is pretty dissapointing. Just hit one bomb. Something that shows you have a f’ing pulse. Hopefully we put a crooked on the board first to relax and breath a little. Both sides know that if they jump on us first that we won’t be able to overcome the mental part of the game.

James click hasn’t impressed me at all as a GM he just inherited a talented team and been along for the ride. This team has been inconsistent offensively all season and he did nothing to fix it
