I have no doubt he will get better as he grows. His lack of athleticism hurts him because centres can score over him comfortably.

I don't think jalen,wiggins or jabari was in the same level as wemby. We have not seen someone that tall to be that good. Wemby compares with Lebron, Durant. Luka and Zion. Other are so so.

Tell me how other players are as a team, don’t change the topic. Give me their shooting percentages, and tell me how much they brick or not. We all know Al-P isn’t defensively strong but you can’t say he doesn’t show enough effort to do so unlike others…

I like Sengun's offensive game too but these SOF fans are obsessed. He's just too small on the defensive end.

You can't give up 16 and 12 on one end and you get 14 and 9 and everybody think you are the best thing ever.

 

I think he can be quite a decent defender over time. He has the body build to use strength like a PJ Tucker or Chuck Hayes does by standing their ground. He just unfortunately can get in to foul trouble because he bites a lot on pump fakes or tries to contest every shot, even when out of position. I think he will get better and smarter on defence, just like young players do with more experience.

I think we’re fine firing him now….it’ll take the rest of this season to clean up this mess of a team for any new coach.
