    Silas has had 3 years to install a competent offense. He’s had no expectations put on him other than to show some improvement. The team doesn’t look any better from year to year. Silas wasn’t being looked at by any other org as a head coaching candidate and in 3 years hasn’t showed any signs that he deserves to be one.

    This is a results league. It’s not even about wins and losses at this point. His rotations are terrible, he doesn’t assign clear roles, he doesn’t hold people accountable, he doesn’t manage the game well, we don’t run an actual nba offense. There’s nothing cohesive about what he does. Just not good. I will say the players do play hard for him, I’ll give him that, but just because the player like you doesn’t make you a good head coach. They’ll like the guy they win with too even if he’s not as big of a pushover.

    Jalen desperately needs to use pump fakes or Rondo fakes. He gets by his man but rushes the shot because he's going so quick.
