He actually did say in an interview that the attack on Pelosi was terrible, but then segued into how SF and Chicago are worse than Afghanistan and that police don't get enough support.

 

Funny how he doesn't mention the 27 or more cities in the US that have higher homicide rates per Capita than San Francisco and Chicago. That's typical though since the majority of cities with the highest homicide rates are in loose gun law gun MAGA loving Red states.

It's all those rural towns and areas all over the red states that are the least productive, yet they swing the states Red. The big cities generating all the income are predominantly blue.

It would look a lot safer if we had much stricter gun laws. That's a fact! Good ole Abbott loves his NRA, gun distributers, and gun sellers money more than the victims in his loose gun law state. He sure as hell hasn't listened to the police urging changes.

The fact that he continues to act as if he is above the law is unacceptable, and another sign that he must never become President again (and he won't).
