    Yes!

I don’t see why you would fire him. We’re still rebuilding and there’s not a good coach out there willing to come to a rebuilding team.

Yes sir. Also there’s no point, if you want to replace him in offseason cool, when you can actually pick the coach you want.

Lmao why wouldn’t he. Any other coach would be losing with this team. Casuals think another coach would be different. Pop could be the coach and they would still be the worst

I want him to succeed, so I’m pulling for him, but damn they need to show a little growth at some point.

He’s doing what he’s been told to do, since the Harden trade … be competitive and develop players - Rockets been in all but 1 game this year and it was the 2nd Jazz game after beating them.

Was tied with Suns tonight in 4th…

some of y’all just want to find a reason to complain …

Honestly these games don't look competitive. They look like opposing team's playing like **** because they probably had fun partying the night before because it's the Rockets.

Pop wouldn't have us looking like a crappy version of Steve/Cat/Cato. We'd lose, sure, but we'd be moving off the ball too. Good habits for teenagers to develop.

End result loss. Saying you develop good habits when losing isn’t actually a thing. Good habits develop when you learn to win. Which takes quite a long time starting from scratch with kids who can’t even legally drink. Folks want to act like you can fast forward this entire thing. Nah reality doesn’t work that way.

You can absolutely develop good habits while losing.

That's basically what life is. Ask Marcus Aurelius.

Might as well. You let an interim coach and he coaches better then Silas,,you hire him based off that is a disaster. Evaluate after the season, you get Wemby and the best asst coaches will be fighting to be interviewed.

not really. were not talking about life. were talking about a sport

whatever habits you think you're developing definitely isn't that good when the end result is a loss.

There are many parallels between life and basketball.

Ever roll on a jiu-jitsu mat? Anyone that knows anything about competition knows that losing is fantastically good for learning. You don't walk into a jiu-jitsu club and start winning, btw. You get your ass kicked for years before you start to figure it out. It is the same for any developed high-level skill.

so if you get your ass kicked for years before you start to figure it out, what are yall still complaining about when you literally just added some new kids to a group of other kids. or has it been years already and rookies and 2nd year players should have figured it out by now. and 6 games in its suddenly supposed to be different. you're playing a bunch of teams you clearly aren't in the realm of and folks are whining as if some other coach is gonna be any different

Hopefully he doesn't make it past the all star break. I really wonder about his rotations. Tari should be playing more than KMJ.

Still gotta find a PG that can play 20 mins a night. Hopefully that guy comes in a Gordon or Tate trade.
