That lineup we had with KPJ that seemed to have a little juice had Josh Christopher initiating, Usman rebounding and a hot stretch from Mathews.

I’m not a KPJ hater, I think he’s talented and worth keeping. But I do think its a mistake to build the offense as if he is a pick and roll or ISO savant. He’s neither of those things; worse yet, it takes our other players completely out of the game.

He’s great off the catch but he doesnt get any catch and shoot / catch and drive opportunities unless its an offensive rebound kickout.

He’s got to learn that he doesnt have to break the defense all the way down to pass, he can get them leaning on way and move it to the next guy.

Not sure I've seen a player as ball dominant as KPj have such little chemistry with anyone. I think the only player I've seen him gel with is Bruno.

Maybe we just believe IF we got a legit pg, that would have given other players like jg goon much easier games, the offense would have looked much more fluit…that's why kpj being treated like a whipping boy.

The more I watched, the more I think we are building around KPJ.

Okay but that still shows that he's not dominating the possessions as much as you guys think he is. He hasnt even done that much of it tonight though? The pick and roll is like the most used play in basketball, it's not going away. We have no else who can run it at a high level.

You are literally looking at it right now when he's not handing the ball. It's not that great.

Bro he's been doing that tonight.

First half was fine outside of his efficiency, (45.5 TS%) which remains a big concern.

if Jalen can't shoot 3s anymore, it makes his lack of inside scoring ability that much more painful
