Because for his ego being NBA star isnt enough and now he tries to create himself as some ****ing black jesus
https://www.mediaite.com/sports/wat...or-alex-jones-anti-semitic-conspiracy-theory/ I think you're right. This is only get blown up more in the media until Nets and NBA will have to do something.
i guess, Kyrie's using his own way to stand with Kanye, cuz he knew it clearly once he tweeted something about the book/film (even a tiny piece), paparazzis would smell it, and scramble up, then bite the bait; luckily, if that 'incident' kept brewing, a butterfly effect gonna be in shape - many players (at least till now his buddy KD has shown some support), coaches, GMs, officials gotta say something while in public. the league must hate seeing this for sure, covid, China issue, BLM (latter two once being politicalized badly) had made them lose a lotta money in past 3yrs...
Exactly, he's savvy enough to know he's stirring the pot. Maybe this becomes what Tsai needs to ship him to LAL and get out of the sh_tstorm that will be coming his franchises way. I doesn't give Brooklyn any leverage and from our perspective if they get a 2027 or 29 Lakers pick who cares.
maybe, i just say MAYBE...King Lebron is right behind this ****...embarrassing enough! LAL, is the only team 0-W ever since start of the season, now Bron is crying in his LA mansion for someone bail hime out. k, too much conspiracy theories, lol Alex Jones still got 1bil to pay. zip it.
why does it even matter...stone overplayed vets last year and depreciated their value by having them play bad so we lost at least 4 FRPs in value not to mention another 2 lost FRPs in garuba and chris/sengun that couldnt get a proper playing time because of dawid nwaba, house and theis playing great like jazz does now is the way to go...value of your vets playing well rises...... by losing on purpose you you depreciate your vets and cant get nothing for them
Respectfully, I'm not so sure about his level of savviness. He's obviously gullible, yet so un-self-aware that he proudly makes his bad takes public, as if he feels he has a responsibility to let everyone else know these thing he's discovered that are mysteriously unreported by the vast majority of the media. To me, that's not savvy; Kyrie thinks he's smarter than most and is doing a public service by letting everyone else in on his thinking.
Kyrie just needs to be suspended for detrimental conduct and let KD play 45 minutes a game until pulls a Harden. This is all going to blow up spectacularly.
I see your perspective and you may be right, but you don't think he knows what he's saying is controversial and that it's going to create a media frenzy? Brooklyn is 1-5 and tied for last in the East with DET and ORL. Creating this kind of publicity is exactly the way to get yourself away from an team/owner who don't want anymore of this kind of negative press, public ridicule or drama. We'll see how it plays out.
I'm curious to see what they can do about it. I'm guessing there's always a team that would take him? I don't know why any team would want to put up with this.
Me too! But just look at CLE and Watson, there is always a team desperate enough for talent to take a chance.
Meh, we were never going to swap picks this year once they didn't trade KD/Kyrie. I'm more worried about the pick they owe us next year. Our only hope is that the Lakers sign Kyrie to a full max contract and KD asks for a trade again.
