Imagine being a designated hitter & not getting a hit the entire post season... like thats legit your only job, thats like being the designated driver & being wasted.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. DH Vazquez. Yea. He is your only backup catcher. But honestly. If Maldanado gets injured and we lost the DH do we think Framber, LMJ or Javier can do any worse than Mancini or Diaz. And yea. I am serious. We have to get some more pop in there. I don’t care about the possibility of losing the dh at this point we are literally getting NOTHING out of it. Pitchers can bat .063 or worse If you won’t give Hensley a shot then screw it. Do Vazquez and take the risk.

Dusty you hard headed old fart. Change it up. Yea. We are 7-1. But you can’t tell me this isn’t a heart breaker and has not put the pressure on our guys who are already pressing.

The only positive to take from this is that non Verlander pitching has a combined ERA of around 2 for the playoffs.

The Astros aren't gonna roll over. But so far in this postseason, teams don't fare too well when they blow opportunities against the Phillies. The Cards choked away Game 1, the Braves came up short in a Game 1 comeback bid(sound familiar?), and the Padres coughed up the lead in the 8th inning of Game 5.

You probably can’t win this series carrying Altuve’s lifeless bat around. He’s going to have to figure it out. Same goes for Yordan.

Was the Braves series really that competitive? We got shellacked 0-7 at home in the last game of that series.

It was competitive. The Astros lost that series when they couldn't hold onto the lead in Game 4. Then the Game 6 blowout would've been irrelevant as they would've come back home up 3-2(no way they lose the bullpen game in Atlanta).

Anyone but Mancini. Let Dusty hit. He can’t do any worse. If Mancini plays, Dusty needs to be fired mid series.

Can’t afford to wait anymore on Altuve and Alvarez to wake up.

    Switch up the lineup:

    Pena
    Gurriel
    Tucker
    Bregman
    Alvarez
    Altuve
    McCormick
    Maldonado
    Hensley

Losing so much at home in the WS is really baffling. It's starting to become an expectation the team will **** the bed at home. That's why I'm numb.

Seems like folks show their true colors when there’s the least bit of adversity.

Yeah. These two teams are a lot closer than we all want to admit.. Their shaky defense is negated when our bats can't consistently get hits. Their offense gets hit consistently.

Wheeler is probably their best pitcher. He's going to be tough as hell to hit tomorrow.

God is punishing this team for 2017 in the most gut wrenching fashion. Constantly going to the World Series and being so close to redemption only to be teased and lose in heartbreak year after year.

You gotta go Hensley DH. The worst he could do is exactly the same as what you’ve gotten from the other two. It’s time.

True, but so far this postseason the Stros haven't lost. The Phillies can be beat.
