LOL sengun is very good at dribbling and playmaking ,much better in fact than those 3...just make someone bring the ball up and give it to him ... in the meantime go educate yourself bb wise
lol the process in filthy is back to square one again...tanking doesnt work... how many years we gona refrain from playing basketball before you even try to win? we coulda already won perhaps if we tried... phoenix freaking suns and one handed 40 years old cp3 almost won it all 2 years ago...because they tried...yanis cant even shoot and he won it!! and we still discarding great players because they aint shooting 40% from 3 LOLOL
Losing culture doesn't turn the team into a championship contender... Sooner or later, more fans will have to understand that.
In KPJ's case I do think he had plenty of baggage. He does not seem to be your average young kid. If you know by the way why USC discarded him from their program, I would be grateful and it would be helpful to me to understand where he was coming from.
How about the WHOLE team was awful but KPJ brought us back in the 4th when he started going ISO? I thought Green, Tari, EG at times, Jabari and Tate all played poorly.
Guys! I really, really think the problem is we do not have a legit SF and a backup point guard. I have listened to Rocket Podcast and people are actually saying Nix comes in off the bench and settles the team down!?! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Sometimes I just dont know what people are looking at. Backup PG is a very important position and if he's coming in off the bench, turning the ball over, can't shoot and playing poor defense, YOU ARE KILLING MOMENTUM. KMJ is a backup SF, he should not be starting. I was a fan of his game and I still am but the kid needs to come off the bench. We need a legit SF that can shoot, rebound and play some defense....a true GUNNER!
Jabari gets the ball outside of the 3pt line a lot and just can't do anything with it (resulting in passing it back or a little drive and passing it back), it's not just about the system really.
KPJ 6/8 FG in the 4th Rest of team 2/15 in the 4th blowing dunks, layups, and wide open shots. We actually could’ve won that game if the rest of the team stepped up If KPJ isn’t scoring then there is no point in trying the experiment at point guard. KPJ and Green should use this year to establish themselves as a lethal backcourt. Jabari should only be focusing on becoming a defensive captain & hit the 3. Jabari be doing too much just like KPJ at times I wasn’t a fan of some of KPJs plays in the first half but he should be putting up 15-20 shots a game
If KPJ wants to see himself as an efficient score option then he should be used as a backup SG behind Green. By the way you don’t even mention his horrible game during first half. Did you check how many turnovers he committed?
JG missing the wide open 3 from the corner after a KPJ drive and dish is what turned the momentum back to Utah. KJM sucked down the stretch as well
LMAOOOOOOOOOO "KPJ was awful BUT he did lead that comeback I guess :kicks rocks:" This year is going to be so f'ing awesome.
If Jesus was the PG, you guys still wouldn't be happy. Always complaint. You all ran off C. Wood and he's having a great season so far.
Credit where credit is due, KPJs little stint in the 4th was the only redeemable part of this absolute train wreck which may or may not be the worst Rockets game I think I've ever watched. This team looks like the NBA equivalent of those youth soccer leagues where the ball rolls by and then the crowd of kids all chase it.
