Iranian women are so beautiful, they deserve to be unshackled. I hope this time they will be successful.

[AlAribiya News] Gunmen kill two IRGC members in Iran’s southeast: State media
Unknown gunmen shot dead two members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in southeastern Iran on Tuesday, state media reported.

The two IRGC members, one of whom was a colonel, were shot dead in public in the city of Zahedan, the provincial capital of Sistan-Baluchestan province, the semi-official Tasnim news agency reported.

Security forces killed at least 66 people, including children, and injured hundreds of others in a crackdown after Friday prayers in Zahedan on September 30, Amnesty International said earlier this month.

Spoilered for photos of a dead POS.

    Edit:
Im reading this corpse was a Colonel Molashakhi, responsible in some respect for sending drones to Russia. It is entirely possible this is an apocryphal internet connect-the-dots story to make it all seem intertwined and meaningful.

These protests are getting bloodier by the day but what is astonishing or downright inspiring these young men and woman are getting bolder and more courageous in the face of one of the most evil and brutal regimes on the planet.

In a potentially major victory Iran has said it will shut down the Morality Police. It’s still unclear though whether and how laws regarding Hijabs will still be enforced.

Iran Shutting Down Morality Police,Official Says, After Months of Protests
The move appeared to be a concession to the protest movement that erupted after the death of Mahsa Amini, a young woman who was being held by the morality police for supposedly violating Islamic dress rules.

Iran is abolishing the morality police, according to an announcement by the attorney general carried on state media, following months of protests set off by the death of a young woman who was being held by the force for supposedly violating the country’s strict Islamic dress laws.

The decision, reported by state news outlets late Saturday night, appeared to be a major victory for feminists who have sought for years to dismantle the force and for the protest movement ignited by the death of the young woman,
Mahsa Amini, 22, in September. The unrest has amounted to one of the biggest challenges in decades to Iran’s system of authoritarian clerical rule and the decision to scrap the morality police was the government’s first major concession to the protesters.

The morality police “was abolished by the same authorities who installed it,” the statement by Attorney General Mohammad Javad Montazeri said, according to state media reports. But he went on to suggest that the judiciary would still enforce restrictions on “social behavior.” He also indicated that the authorities were reviewing the head scarf regulations.

But it was not immediately clear what impact these changes would have on enforcement of the dress code or whether the authorities were planning to relax the hijab law, which remained in place.

So now it’s going to be plainclothes cops that tail people then snatch them up when no one is looking.
