KPJ wouldn't get minutes on Boston either.

Debatable. If westbrick can get mins flawed as he is. Expecting kpj to not get any mins is unrealistic

One of the dude on there sounds like he didn’t pass the 3rd grade, so idk why anyone would trust his logic lol. They also have said Jalen is the next Kobe or Jordan. I love Jalen, but that’s hilarious lol

Westbrook wouldn't get minutes on Boston either! Championship contenders don't play players like Westbrook or KPJ.

And Schroeder is more of a scoring PG himself.

He definitely would, especially if you think about how so many players were bricking wide open 3s last year. Please stop, they played Pritchard lol

I was talking about his entire career, not 3 or 4 games, but continue on.

Of course you cherry picked some metrics just to refute my exaggeration of "'all" you got me I will delete my account in shame.

You do know I was talking about post players anyway way right not all NBA players, anyway I bet you are really proud of yourself now.

I see you were talking about centers and I do know he rebounds at a above average rate but I stand by everything else.

One guy is solid, the other doesn’t know anything about basketball. Before we drafted Jalen, everyone loved KPJ. Like damn, it’s okay to love both!! They sure as hell love each other and playing together. Chop shop guys are Jalen only fans

He is a score first guy, that is being asked to take on the role of PG or setup man and continue to score. Jalen has it much simpler he is just being asked to score, keeping it simple is better for development.

KPJ is a core piece the org basically has said as much, he will be here at least 4 more years barring any trade, or something he creates himself (doubtful).

The problem is the offense, there are no backcuts, there are not pindowns there are no pick and pops there is literally a PnR with a roll to the hoop that's it......KPJ is having to create for the entire team - on his own......which is a massive burden and it puts a target on his back.

Sure, he is developing....and he is getting better scoring is up, rebounding up, assists roughly the same, FTs up, FT% up, 3pt% same - he is balling out......and he has added a floater to his bag.

I get that he is not the traditional PG, we aren't playing one of those, but constantly whining or b****ing or complaining about that is a waste of time, we aren't DOING it, and we don't have anyone that could take that role on - currently on the roster.

Times may change but for now, people should be enjoying the growth of our TWO star guards.

It's society today, we have to make everything about a team and then disagree with everybody we deem as on the other team.

Heaven forbid KPJ is actually as good as Green or gasp better.

People are losing patience because this is his fourth year in the league. Sengun is in his second, Jalen in his second, Jabari in his first, etc. You shouldn't compare him to those guys. A general rule of thumb is that players who haven't "figured it out" by their third year generally don't ever figure it out. That is what history has shown us. That doesn't mean it's impossible, it just means that in most cases, players who end up being great have had their breakout year by year 3 at the latest. It's understandable that he's getting hate because the way they're asking him to play is very ball dominant, and it's pretty easy to argue that it's taking away from the development of other players on the team.

Having said that, I personally think he deserves more time to get it figured out. The first four games haven't been promising, but what else are we going to do? Start Nix? Or Josh Christopher? We gotta roll with KPJ, and he deserves more time considering his background and switching to a new position. I think it's going to take time and he can be great. But it's not hard to see why people don't like him.

Right but he's already proven this year to be a better shooter in a small sample size. In a few years you never know.
