Nobody will play well when your PG dribbles the air out of the everything. I say it again, nobody. Sengun has a lot of works to do on his shots, especially the 3-pointers. I do like his 2nd half play as he didn't back off from the Giannis.
I think Sengun has improved he is making shots inside the paint, last year he was intimidated and he would get his shot blocked. The guy is a legit 6’10 guy who just do have any leap. He is a tough and strong player, I believe Silas needs to play him at least 28 minutes a game. I still think he is a walking double-double player each night, he can average 20 points and 10 rebounds a game.
Why the hostile energy? I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to see some more intent behind some of his facilitation. I pointed it out as a small thing after the grizz game and saw more of the same tonight. no need to try to categorize people as haters or not on every issue. I really like Sengun and think he’ll have a long NBA career.
There is definitely a need to point out the haters, though, one can't post literally hate speech comments and not be called for it. They are on my ignore, so i don't see them mostly, but whenever I see something, I'll call it.

Yep. I think it's this weird clutchfans thing where a player's future is predetermined right away and you always have to love or hate some players.

I don't know what to tell you, my guy. You seem to be very worried about how other people are interacting on a really niche corner of the internet. Just watch hoops and enjoy it. This board is no stranger to players coming to the Rockets, bringing a load of fans of that player who are not necessarily a fan of the team, which is great! There is more than one way to be a fan of the sport. It creates an environment where one group is rooting for the best interest of the player vs. another group rooting for the best interest of the team. The most famous example of this was with Jeremy Lin. And to Dobrizzle's point, after Lin went to the Lakers...the Lin Only Fans migrated to the Lakers board.
Just want to interact on basketball, not too much to ask for. The level of adversity Sengun (and Sengun fans) gets from some of the posters here is way more than the so called 'Sengun only fans' irrational takes. There is nothing that measures what I say is rooting for Sengun but against the team. If you can give basketball reasons against what I say, then you are good. If not, and start spitting 'I love my team, you are Sengun only fan, you only think about Sengun', that only validates my point, and show that you are a hater. fans who claim to support their team rooting aginst a player heavily with no justification, happens almost as often as fanatic player only fans. One is not better than the other. I understand Lin fans created some unpleasant atmosphere here, but again if you want it to be a basketball forum, you need to stay on basketball. Can't go on like, 'you worthless Sengun only fan...'.
He is a white boy from Europe and there is No romantism in „saving his life” by hero Silas. Ps remember when Silas got a job because Harden and Russ advocated for a black coach and then dipped the moment they signed him? There is reverse racism when it comes to players. I remember to this day what DSJ and DeAndre tried doing with Doncic. Good for Luka - Cuban didnt **** around with them after that
