    That dude is so uptight.

He was asked a softball question about Framber getting better since they were teammates.

Cole couldn’t even give a PC & nice response like “frambers always been talented - his improvement has been incredible”

instead he just beat around bush about frambers ability but weirdly mentioned that he has a “whimsical” mound presence.

I'm pretty sure he is butthurt the Astros did not give him the money he wanted and they still are rolling along without him while beating his team.

His body language and demeanor are way worse in NYC. He doesn't seem particularly happy there.

When Cole was with the Astros he had the beard and was dominate and intimidating on the mound. Now he's got a 3.50 ERA and is routinely made fun of for being lame and a dork. Not nearly the same intimidation factor as when he was here.

The 2 Houston years got him $40 million a year. He can live with himself no longer getting to be as "intimidating"...

It's funny how many fans think players either do or should care so much about what random people on the internet think about them.

All the above, and my coworker's son grew up playing highschool ball with Cole said that he was always a hothead/serious.

Probably was happier on the Stros with a fun and talented team that goes deep every year, that goes for Springer and Correa as well obviously.

In NY, you already have so much pressure to be great and dominant.

    Not always about the money~

He needs to just come out of the closet and get it over with.

Never fear, you can set your watch to it…..you can always count on Major and Nick to come into a thread and dispel any post/notion about a former player/Astro possibly not living their happiest lives after leaving. Let that be a lesson to you nitwits posting such absurdities! (It’s ALWAYS about the money)

“I don’t have to do it? I don’t have to do it at all? I mean, I'm not employed. I’m not employed. Alright, as an affiliate of myself…”

NYY is where Cole wanted to go. He grew up a Yankee fan. The Yankees paid him.

What else is there to talk about, really?

If people keep saying stupid things, I'll keep pointing them out. There is an easy solution here...

Well then thank god you’re here. BTW, you’re slacking on your monitoring.

On another note, as for your “easy solution” have you been out of the house lately?

Hopefully after tomorrow it’s a cowboy boot with an Astro’s logo on it
