yep, hes very talented..bench starter doesnt matter but he needs to play real minutes just remmeber next year could be his first nba season...because i dont count 6 minutes a night as playing basketball
Does 21 minutes a night count (what he played last year)? At what minutes per game will it be his first nba season? Kobe Bryant averaged 15.5 mpg his rookie season and 26mpg his second season all while making the all star game and only starting one game. There's plenty of precedent for players developing without playing 40mpg and starting.
The lakers were good that year. The rockets should be about finding out if he can play not winning games. I mean they gave kpj plenty of shots despite him being him being a troublemaker.
I wish he had gotten more minutes last year when we were obviously throwing games so he could have gotten all the dumb passes out of his system. but then again he was fouling nearly every minute he did get. sengun is starting to frustrate me and i've been a big supporter.
I'm not disagreeing or agreeing with that or making a statement on what SHOULD happen. I was just responding to the previous poster that seemed to imply that Sengun can't develop with 20+ minutes a night. I was proving that you can develop into even one of the best players of all time with those kinds of minutes. There's nothing holding any one of our guys back from improving.
