Starting Bruno was a bold move and looks like it was the right one. Now it's already time to make another one.
    Start Tari Eason.

the EC is far better now than it was in 2021…Boston and Miami weren’t even a threat back then

Atlanta is like the 6th best team in their own conference or worse

Like why? Playing Mathews makes no sense. Tari should be getting at least 30 minutes a game. Tate didn't even play yesterday. Where are the minutes for Mathews coming from?

Miami won the EC the year before in the bubble.. ran into injuries I think in 2021. That and tried to replace Jae Crowder with Ariza?

I'm really not huge on Trae Young but a lot of people are. Atlanta has a their MVP candidate with him, a couple of All-stars/borderline in Dejounte/Collins and Defensive stars in Hunter and Capela. That's a strong starting 5.

Their depth is the issue same with Brooklyn. Boston has that mess with the coach, can MKE stay healthy for the playoffs?

The east is better but it's just too damn wide open. Milwaukee/Boston are the tops for me and I would put Atlanta with Miami/Chicago/BK(fighting for homecourt) behind Harden/Embiid.

Ditto. Sengun will regress if he doesn’t get more minutes. Gordon should not be starting, Tari and Jabari need to start (along with Sengun) and the defense will be fine. One of KPJ or Green should always be in the game. Watch how crappy his rotations will be when Tate and NIx get back.

in 2021 when Atlanta made the ECF, Miami and Boston weren’t threats

Philly now has James Harden who at his worst is still much better than a Ben Simmons, as well as 3rd year Maxey

    there is Cleveland…there is Miami

    Milwaukee is still Milwaukee

BK is a joke, and no one takes Chicago seriously

Collins missed almost 30 games, Hunter missed almost 30 games, Bogdonavic missed 20 games. And they still made the 8 seed.

For reference the difference between the 5th and 8th seed was 4 games.

They just made the ECF the year before last and added another all star.

Also Calling me a “homer” for paying attention to an eastern conference team in doesn’t make sense.

Yall sleeping on ATL.. Its not as much "Trae n Dem" as how the media and casuals portrays them.. Their youngsters are talented as **** and they had a shitload of injuries last season to their main guys . They were a good opening night measuring stick for the Rockets.... Imagine if we played Memphis 1st, we'd be talking how bad the Rockets looked in getting whipped...
Silas did aight... Better team than last year for sure.. He just gotta stop playing the Mathewses and Nixes when the game is tight. And under no circumstances should KPJ and Jalen Green, both, be out at the same damn time... That's just dumb as hell..

Kyrie has only been healthy 4 out of 11 seasons lol. Not sure how that’s relevant.

The Hawks are a middle tier playoff team with a punchers chance.

You’re acting like we lost to the Pistons or Kings or something lol.

Some of y’all trippin. The Hawks are absolutely in the mix.Now with Murray??This was a great measurement for us first game AND at their opener.Lol The fact that a bunch of 19-20 year old players almost ruined their home opener shows me a lot. Also we didn’t play that great lol

Tate is good, but the most boring player to watch in the NBA. Nix is a suckwad!!! Very worried what the rotations will be as well when they return. Hope is that Tate will take Matthews minutes and that Nix will not play at all.

Lost by 10. Super turnover prone and in a system that exposes lazy passes and poor spacing. It makes more sense to me to add just a wrinkle or 2 of off-the-ball movement to take some pressure off our ball handlers that aren’t elite shot creators.

I think Matthews got minutes that Tate would have taken. Martin got a few of those too. I’d love to see Eason at the 3, but for some reason (tanking anyone?) it’s going to take 15 games before we’re ready to see that lineup.

Any bets on how long until Eason earns that starting role? After 25 games will he start and earn up to 25 minutes?

I smell gasoline being poured in the tank when I see a 3-guard rotation and replacing Green and KPJ with JC and Matthews. That’s not a lineup from a coach that is feeling any pressure to win.

Lol please, there's virtually no difference between you, DD, and Ashley Em. The only reason I leave your stupid ass unblocked is because half of the threads would be empty without your mindless drivel.
