Harden looks better than he has physically since Covid. He’s having a really good game. 31 points on 13 shots. Getting to the hole. Setting guys up. And yet Boston is up double digits headed to the 4th. Don’t see it for Philly. At best 3rd best team and more likely 4th or 5th if everyone is healthy.

You were able to conclude that from game 1 on the road?

The Sixers lost to tonight, but I still think they’re going to be a problem this year. Harden looks locked-in, Maxey’s due for a jump, etc.

He hasn’t moved this well since 2020. It’s pretty obvious

It really is, just because you agree with one and not the other doesn't change that he still is, even the Dream was unstoppable one on one and its why he got double teamed alot

I figured that is why you didn't make the cut on your team because you didn't practice enough

I guess we all can't be as naturally gifted as Iverson .... ''practice, we talking about practice, not the game''...... Such a NBA classic quote

Now go ponder about the green people in Greenland

Yep. Physically fit again, finally. He wasn’t getting numbers by accident. Getting to the line bc they had to foul him not because of his trickery. Hadn’t seen that since maybe early Brooklyn. But really looked more like late era rockets.

Their bench was bad last year and it was terrible tonight. They need some more former Rockets like Gordon.

He was blowing by Marcus smart and grant Williams with ease. Breaking ankles again. It was night and day compared to last season

I was actually referring to the last part where he said the 76ers were “at best” a 3 seed. Seems premature.

Harden looked good again, not the washed up version since he left the Rockets. We'll see if it lasts.

Doc & Embid cost Phili. Forcing the ball into he post when Embid clearly doesn't have it is a mistake. Also Embid needs to be smart enough to pass out of double teams. Oh well glad Harden looked good!

Embiid had decent post position every time, waiting for the ball. But as soon as the entry pass is made, Embiid jumped out of the paint to catch the ball and turned to face his defender.

I don't get why Embiid thinks a jumper is a good idea when he usually had about 75 lbs on his small defender, like a Grant Williams.

Old man Tucker's contract is going to age poorly. I thought the bench was going to be a strength, but Harrell was a no show. Thybulle and Niang cannot be counted on and are fringe playoff rotation players.

Harden and Embiid have to both be averaging close to 27 each night (and Maxey 20+) for Philly to be contenders.
