I'm exhausted. Every week I have six guys miss a game. This week it has been Mitchell ( Groin ) Derozan ( Hip ) Morant ( Wrist ) Trae ( Sickness ) Kuzma ( Ankle ) Gordon ( Ankle ) Stewart ( Shoulder ) Seriously. I drafted all young athletic and healthy players to avoid the big injury, but every week I have 4 guys sit a game or more. I can't take it anymore. It's like a drive by shooting out there.
I know. It's rough. No margin for error with the tough comp. I've suffered from injuries and bad management.
I feel like everyone has had to deal with some sort of injury issues. BI missed about 2 months with his toe and Joel is day-to-day it seems with his own foot issue... that on top of the rest management to guys like Jamal Murray have really hurt me every other week. It's been hard to find a rhythm with lineups when every other player is in-or-out on every-other-night. At least the league is as ever competitive as it's ever been.
My playoff starters: The Walking Dead. And I chose to start these guys. Lopez ( Ankle ) Kuzma ( Knee ) Mitchell ( Finger Sprain ) Edwards ( Ankle ) That is half my lineup. And then there is. also, Ja Morant ( Arms Control ) This is so ridiculous.
Back in the finals again. If Lillard were not shut down for the year, I would really have loved my chances, even with Luka guaranteed to sit out at least once. However, I think it is pretty much a toss up now. Let's hope that Trae Young keeps chucking balls at the refs.
