Yeah I'll go with whatever, I just looooove outside baseball on a nice day. Clearly you know what I'm talking about! That's what they say, but for some reason I also remember some pretty raucous ass games earlier on in our run with the roof open. I wonder if there are advanced decibel level statistics...
Here is an idea, if a game cant be played due to weather, the home team forfeits. If implemented, I bet all of a sudden, roofed stadiums get built everywhere.
so cole and nestor will only be on full rest once each if they advance. game 3 saturday (cole) game 4 sunday (nestor) suckers. build a roof While hou's top cy young's can each pitch twice on full rest if needed.
It was asinine last year to start garcia on short rest (minus the joke umpires, which terrifies me if we play ny). It’s just dumb in general
Maricaccio and Montas I’m sure will be back for game one of ALCS if they advance. Needed pitching help for Yankees. Marinaccio has been dealing with a stress reaction in his left shin. Frankie Montas has been dealing with a shoulder injury. Both pitchers have thrown live batting practices in Tampa. “They would both potentially be in play,” Boone said.
I don't care who wins as long as game goes at least 18 innings. Edit: Okay, I still want the Yankees to lose. Edit No. 2: I didn't even realize this was going to be a 3 pm game our time. It would be a real shame if the game lasted past 10 pm with a flight to Houston after the game.
