    I decided to finally check it out
    after repeated recommendations
    It's not bad at all .

    Trying to figure out how it had 15 seasons
    and no thread here . . . . ..

    Rocket River
    I see CW and I know that is why I had dismissed it,

    I will eventually watch The Wire because Family Guy and all of you Dr. Rick Disciples said so. Probably soon.

    And whenever it becomes available on one of my subscribed streaming services, I'll watch Twin Peaks.

    Man, Supernatural is so good. There is a tight 7 seasons of story, but CW wanted more seasons. It still delivered even though it wasn't as good as the first 7-8 seasons. I still need to watch the last couple episodes.

    It already has a spinoff airing right now. They tried to spin this joint off like 3 times.

    Im trying to get into stargate, but there are so many damn episodes. I loved Stargate Universe. I saw a clip of Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis in the later seasons and these dudes were having big ass space battles and ****. I'm trying to get to there.

    Except for Stargate Universe the Stargate franchise took a very different tact than the Star Trek Franchise and focused a lot more on light entertainment than dealing with philosophical issues or parables about contemporary issues. As such there was far more emphasis on action and they had the feel of more like a procedural than other shows.

    As such it’s easier to watch the Stargate shows even out of order than other as Sci-Fi like DS9 or BSG.

    Stargate Universe completely changed that and followed the BSG formula down to the washed out cinematography.

    I have said I want to start Twin Peaks as well and all of the other stuff associated (Firewalk with me, other Twin peaks)

    Barney Miller had an incredibly talented cast. Never watched it as a kid...but have really learned to enjoy it as I've gotten older.

    There are only 2 season..but I didn't know Simon Pegg even existed in 1999. It's pretty good. I like the way they edited this. Lots of subtle movie, tv and pop references with camera shots and editing decisions.
