I like this deal. If he works out and this stretch of games isn't just a hot streak, this is actually less than he's worth. And with only one year guaranteed the rockets have options if he doesn't pan out. I'm happy for KPJ too that he got paid.

I've been a huge critic of Porter,and still doubt him.

A contract with only the first year guaranteed, I would have always been on board with that. This doesn't prove any doubters were wrong, the questions marks are still there, that's why he agreed to such a large non-guaranteed deal.

 

All I know is that at more than $20m @King1 owes me his signature for a month.
