Nobody thinks KPJ is part of our core outside of his weird group of cheerleaders

Tari's trajectory is definitely heading towards future near max to max player.

Hopefully some of those interchangeable parts will be moved for a PG that can play a solid 25 mins or so either starting or coming off of the bench.

Are there any other really good point guards in next years draft besides Henderson? I would give up most of the Nets picks for Henderson.

Cason Wallace looks good. Will definitely be watching UK games this yr. Like TyTy John Lucas Jr will get plenty of time getting to know him on and off the court.

The Rockets may still be in the Henderson running and may not have to give up any future Nets picks

Gonna have to look more into it but I am pretty sure some guard / wing etc. will shortly emerge once the new season starts or ends because they will have to hype up someone, hopefully it's based on their actual game/skill and not just because

Great size. Good handles and from what I've read, is a plus on defense. Has a ways to go on his shot, but he's definitely skilled. Arkansas will be fun to watch this yr with him, Nick Smith and Jordan Walsh running.

Plus he has the most professional attitude. Green was last year too busy decorating himself with tattoos and nail polish. Jabari is much more mature than Jalen. I'd like to get three more Jabari's and Tari's and move on from head case Porter and maybe even Green. I want serious basketball players who care more about winning than their Identity.

He hasn’t played a regular season game yet. Idk how you can say that. Let him get 20 games in first or something

Who flipping cares? Was Lebron the best player on the Cavs before his first NBA game? Was MJ the best? Yes....you can be the BEST player on a team before you play an NBA game......it is not unheard of.....it is reasonable to say Green is, or KPJ is, or whomever you think but it is just as reasonable to say Jabari is....

That’s LeBron and MJ lol. We’re talking Jabari Smith. I’m very high on him, but I still gotta see how does in regular season games

ah ya lebron and jordan, how do we not see it. Also, boozer was the best cavs player in lebron's rookie year so even he wasn't their best player.

What's NOT needed in this thread is your reply. What a buzzkill.

This is a great thread DD. Good conversation starter for this juncture.

I like the core four but believe Sengun can be a star leading the second team until he fills out more and continues to develop his game. I think if the playmaking of the second unit ran through Sengun JChristopher would also flourish. Nix just needs to go.

As impressive as Tari has been, it's a bit early to call him part of the core before his first NBA game. Let's see him play at least half a NBA season?

Patience big fella.. We still an injury or thrown soup bowl away from being a top 4 pick again... I'm on board with what you said for next offsrason though.. We need the outer core to ball for a full season to pull off a franchise turning trade..
