The vix actually opened lower today and is now rolling over. Fear greed index hit 15. If earnings are decent and guidance isn't horrible maybe we get a sustainable rally here.
It's liek a non-digital bitcoin with non-digital "miners", maybe only The Answer to folks 20-30 yrs older than @Commodore.
SQQQ going DOWN hoooordt, and it makes me feel BETTER. This feels more normal. This I like. Relaxed and diamond handing. GLAD I didn't sell when it was up 8% today. GOOD LUCK. Enjoy your FAKE green day.
TQQQ calls worked... Should have gone harder at the 0.04-0.05 22c 10/21 but at least made a small play.
Dude, I couldn't care less about what image you use. lol. I don't report people, I just scroll on by.
Repeated TQQQ calls Friday at close very small lotto play, didn't hit a lotto but exited all 40-50% up. I think with all the money I saw on puts that there will still be another smallish rally to shake it up again in short term. Iirc it was like 3:1 for Puts, but might be off. My overall sentiment is that we'll still be trending down (obviously), but I think the put sellers for the week are probably going to be making premiums. As always, don't take any of my posts as financial advice. I just like to keep the thread going.
When KD and Shaq started a SPAC, that was peak bubble...should have loaded up on puts then. Remember Palihapitiya, the Facebook-made billionaire who helped start the special-purpose-acquisition-company craze in 2019 when he and Richard Branson took Virgin Galactic public? SPACs are an ideal bubble vehicle. They allow rich investors to raise a lot of money and take a company public without due diligence, or bank underwriters, or road shows, or any of that annoying stuff. And once Palihapitiya realized the environment was ripe for this kind of fundraising, he went all in. He argued that his SPAC push "democratizes access to high-growth companies" and allowed normal people a chance to invest in some of the hottest private companies. To say his SPAC companies have not done well since the market started falling would be an understatement — these companies are getting vaporized: SoFi Technologies: down 75% over the past year Clover Health: down 82% Virgin Galactic: down 80% Opendoor: down 90% https://www.businessinsider.com/wall-street-crypto-spac-tech-clowns-stock-market-crash-2022-10
Lol, I should have stayed with my financial advice. Oh well, TQQQ calls now up 3-400% unfortunately didn't have chance to re-enter, hopefully someone did. I'm still thinking puts few months out / SQQQ calls still just have to wait to enter.
