None of those are lies. Roe v. Wade was an important precedent of the Supreme Court. It was the law of the land, and Circuit Judges are required to follow the law of the land. It was settled as a precedent of the Supreme Court. The holding of Roe v. Wade clearly was that the Constitution protected a woman's right to an abortion. What none of them said was that they would not overturn Roe v. Wade if confirmed to the Supreme Court.
