With great irony, the Russians demolished the Russian Language Department at Kiev University today. I'm guessing admissions to that department were probably already waning over the last seven months anyway. All very reminiscent of Hitler launching V1s and V2s on London as it became apparent he was going to lose WWII. Striking out in fear and anger on innocent people out of desperation and realization that the walls are closing in.
