The times aren’t surprising. Anyone who has kept up with mlb postseason know NY/LA will always get the primetime time slot. Stop complaining. It’s not breaking news and atleast it’s not the morning start time
Of course I get that. Somebody is going to draw the short straw when there's 4 games on 1 day, but you also have to take time zones and national watchability into consideration. Whether we like it or not. Winning and then playing in the next round solves this problem, so I think the Stros should do that.
Plus the Astros have dominated in these first two home games in ADLS history that have always been at this time (8-0), and they’ve been tremendous in day games this year.
I’m glad their playing afternoon games. Unless you have to work and can’t watch it. I’m self-employed. I’ll be watching. This series won’t be easy. Bats need to show up. I’m more worried about the offense then our pitching.
They should win this series, but I could see Seattle winning it with added momentum from coming back yesterday down 7.
Good point, I didn’t really think about the East and West coast teams and the times. That makes perfect sense. I’ll be able to watch the games but I just enjoy watching them with my son rather than the TV in my office. And as others have said, it’s likely a good thing because we’ve seem to always win these games during the day. Knock on wood it continues.

Well it lasted like 5 hours so plenty of people got to see the second half of that one lol. Weren’t all those games midday games then? Daryl Strawberry man
This is a very "reasonable" analysis. Excellent read. BUT, the outcome will be determined on the field.
I wonder if he is thinking in terms of short series with multiple days off so Munoz can pitch fresh games 1,2,3 because of the days off.
I know it sucks for watch ability, but the stros record for day games is very ridiculous something like 46-12 this year. I like it.
