Playoffs Watch Thread

Wow. In the bottom of the 6th, Cleveland had the bases juiced, no outs and Jose Ramirez at bat...... and got 0 runs out of it.

 

Need Cleveland to wrap this up today so they'll be rested for the Yankees.
I want Toronto to tie it up, but then I want Seattle to win the series. I prefer the Mariners but also want them to go through their pitching.

 

At this point I’m not preferential to any team to face. The one title we have went through the best. Whoever it is bring it on.

 

Looks like it's gonna take a HR on a hanger or a ghost runner in the 10th for someone to score in this game.

 

I thought the Ghost Runner was a regular season only thing, like shootouts are in Hockey.

 

You're right. This game may take 4 hours.

 

Castillo would be on 5 days rest for game 2.

Framber is the most likely game 2 starter, but I would go with McCullers with Brown ready to relieve him

Then use Framber - Javier- Verlander in games 3-5

 

Not watching these games just keeping up with them through here and twitter.

 

Need a brutal extra innings game between the Jays and Mariners to use up their bullpen like what is happening in the Tampa vs Cleveland game

 

Need Jays to win today so either team has burned their first three starters. Big advantage imo

 

Indians throwing meat balls down the pipe and the Rays can’t capitalize.

 

Seattle and Toronto may both score before either of these teams

 

What offensive ineptitude.

 

Sadly, this will probably lead to ghost runners in the playoffs next season

I'm guessing the Yankees will eat up both of these pitching staffs.

 

The Yankees should easily handle either of these two teams.

Which sometimes means it will be the opposite
