Green also needs to develop a deeper bag. If he can’t blow by a guy with speed, he doesn’t really have too much to go to. I fully expect him to get that eventually, but he’ll never have the handles and creativity like KPJ. If the game is on the line, we’re going to KPJ like last year. There’s a reason for that.

Lol. You owned yourself. There's definitely a reason we were going to KPJ last year with the game on the line ..we wanted to lose

I understand that you drastically underrate KPJ right now, I expect eventually you'll come around, it just takes some people longer than others.

Of course he can do it at times, especially against bigs. He still needs work there. There’s a reason he struggled against teams like Toronto. I’m a huge Jalen fan, but he needs work. So does KPJ

How can you be SO certain that you are right about him while all of the data and metrics are so wrong?

Likewise, you’ll eventually see KPJ is just another Dinwiddie or LeVert.

Of course he needs work. He’s literally 20 years old. But it’s disingenuous to imply he relies entirely on “blowing past” guys.

When it comes to young players that haven't found consistency yet, it takes more than merely looking at overall numbers. You have to look at the skills to project the future. The passing is there, the shooting is there, the defense is there, he just needs to become more consistent at those things every game to be an all star caliber player.

People here love to minimise Jalens flaws and over hype KPJs.

KPJ is better right now, Jalens ceiling is higher and more than likely be a better player in the future.

To dismiss KPJ as a talent though is just an agenda. Don’t forget dude has changed positions 3 times in 3 seasons.

I’d rather JG/Jabari/Sengun get all those touches, because they are vastly more efficient.

I’ve never seen JG run out of bag in a game. He gets whatever shot he wants.

KPJ, on the other hand, is a low efficiency chucker in hiding that needs to shoot less. He needs to be more Vernon and less JH13. I think he got the memo and seems to be trending in this direction, thankfully.

And all 3 of those seasons he was less efficient than a 168lb, teenage Jalen Green.

Scooter is averaging 9.5 shots per preseason game.

“Grrrrr he needs to shoot less grrrrr”

    Hilarious.

Unfortunately you have to realize that you aren't talking about the best or brightest among us.... you kind of just have to accept that they have shortcomings.

The good news is that in a few years they'll be pretending they never said any of this.
