Hooker is older, however many has him as a potential Heisman candidate, so obviously, he's worth taking a look at. Also, I asked him! Maye is literally a higher Heisman prospect than Hooker right now. Also, Ewers skillset is the epitome of NFL Qb, he’s a better prospect than Stroud or Young. Far better arm, athletic, good size and moxy. I don’t get mad, you’re just too obvious. You know nothing about what you’re talking about but as long as the prospect is black he’s a stud to you. Ewers is thought of as an elite prospect. Sorry he doesn’t look like the guys you like. And you can put words in my mouth all you want, still doesn’t make you right. I’ve always said we need to see what Mills does, he’s regressed. Move on. If Young was bigger he would be my number 1 prospect. Stroud is a no go, unathletic Ohio St qb is a no from me. Hooker is a mid round prospect, I’d actually take a flyer on him as a back up. Not much different than Mills, and he’s older. The 24 class has 3 prospects that are elite. Williams, Maye and Ewers, I’d be happy with any of them over Stroud
Show me one legitimate NFL Draft Publication who has Ewers rated higher than Young and Stroud? Ewers couldn't beat out Stroud at OSU
He’s being mocked as the number 1 pick by multiple places for the 24 draft. He has far better physical tools than Stroud, and literally had a perfect scouting score.
Just saw Jimmy G is a FA. That wouldn't be the worst option assuming there isn't a bidding war. FA class is pretty decent if he goes this route: Baker Mayfield Sam Darnold Teddy Bridgewater Mason Rudolph, Jacoby Brissett Gardner Minshew Case Keenum Geno Smith Tyler Huntley Daniel Jones Drew Lock Taylor Heinicke Andy Dalton
Levis is being ranked above Young by some scouts, he should be above Stroud too. All 3 of the 24 prospects are better than Levis, they all have size, athleticism and elite arms. And they’re young
I said Mills had a chance to become a franchise QB when he gains experience. Today was his 17 start and he's regressed instead of improving. It happens, Mills could still show improvement this year. It's not like he doesn't have talent. Also the Coaches aren't doing Mills any favors in this new system. Jimmy G keeps making plays that leads his teams to SB's/NFCCG's. Not a franchise guy, especially coming off of Labrum surgery which affected his greatest attributes, Accuracy/Anticipation
Because you would be settling for a good not great QB. There's not a Manning,Elway,Allen, Mahomes, Herbert in this draft.
