This case is super interesting. The victim was still alive when the police reached him and had named a different person for his murder. He had said "Clarence - Clarence Miller did this to me,". I wonder what happened in the trial to convince jury to ignore the statement.

Fetterman is recovering from a stroke so his speech is still off. Oz isn’t an idiot. You don’t become a doctor at Columbia or have that successful of a show being an idiot. What he is is very out of touch with things and a grifter.
Seems like child's play compared to Donald Trump. If you are okay with Donald's past history (which I know you are), you really have no leg to stand on posting these tweets. Doesn't mean you have to support voting for the guy, just asking you to stop being a hypocrite and look for something else to pick on.

A couple points on this. First, EVERY member of the board voted to release Goldblum. Second, Goldblum had served nearly 44 years in prison when he was released. Third, the Judge and Prosecutor both supported his release on probation. Fourth, the forensic pathologist said he should be released. Fifth, Goldblum is nearly 75 years old. Last, the victim spoke to the police right before dying and claimed someone else did it.
Fetterman should have paid it or gone on a payment plan. It really wasn't a lot of money in the grand scheme of things. We need to change the tax structure honestly, a lot of people in Pennsylvania are not happy with Dr. Oz over how he got a $50,000 tax credit meant for farmers.
