    Ok just to humor you. I'll move on from the compensation point.

    Do you then accept that Trump is committing fraud by changing the valuation of his assets to different parties?

    This is ridiculously childish. Obviously time to move on.

    Yes several of us have taken time to straightforwardly explain what is in that material and how it ties together. We've just gotten obstinance and foul language.

    The NY AG specifically said in her public statement that the lawsuit is based in part on directives to Weisselberg uncovered by the case against him IN WHICH JAMES HERSELF WAS INVOLVED and named him as a contributor to the fraud in her own lawsuit. But has nothing to do with him.

    Bananas.

    @rocketsjudoka

    Weisselberg's case is a personal income tax fraud case. Because he's facing those charges it doesn't link every criminal case to him. Because he may have helped Trump Organization commit tax fraud it has nothing to do with his taxes and then is basically what you're saying

    What does Weisselberg's taxes have to do with this?

    If Weisselberg helped James under pressure it still has nothing to do with his taxes

    Given how Americans doesn't prosecute anyone at the highest rungs of power with anything that involves jail time, nor make examples out of their corruption for future prevention...this might be the best outcome we can get.

    I suspect he is named as an officer. It's not about his case which I am still technically correct about.As CFO he is over all financing so I will admit not recognizing him involved as an officer

    Yes, you're right. This is more of a waste of time than CF.net already is.

    This isn't a personal response to pgabriel but the answer is right here.

    Weisselberg committed personal tax fraud but the tax fraud was illegal compensation by the Trump Organization. The fraud is both personal and to the Trump business.

    Is this lawsuit about employee compensation according to Leticia James?

    Compensation is, indeed, mentioned in the complaint filed by the NY AG.
